Popped in for a few things. Nice experience, got everything we needed. It’s a boutique Mitre10, compact but has everything. The little one appreciated the playhouse

Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience, even just for small items. The store carry lots of items despite its compact size. Parking can be challenging at times.

Love the new kids area and the addition of the Columbus coffee machine.nnPS kids really enjoy finding the dinosaur  bones under the sand! Great effort to the team

Visited the store to buy some M4 screws and couldn't find it with all the other screw types. Had a helpful staff member find the screws in less than a minute.nnOverall very knowledgeable and friendly staff and the store has everything hardware related.

Tried calling the store ref enquiry about stock availability for the BESTWAY Spa Pool filter. My call was transferred to the sales floor where a young lady answered she had no clue about what I was looking for and transferred me to the so called department where no sales person bothered to answer the phone.nnThis is an ongoing issue I have experienced the same from the same store on a regular basis.nnThey must be doing financially well that no person bothers to answer the call.nnBest I just stick with Bunnings
