Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience, even just for small items. The store carry lots of items despite its compact size. Parking can be challenging at times.

Popped in for a few things. Nice experience, got everything we needed. It’s a boutique Mitre10, compact but has everything. The little one appreciated the playhouse

First & only time I went to this store was in the morning before Xmas. They gave the best service of any mitre 10 I've been to so far. I was actually greeted first by someone.nnThe entrance is a bit cramped, but once i was past, it wasn't hard to locate assistance & they promptly pointed me to the aisle that held what I was after. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thanks team.

The Garden Centre staff are amazing. So knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer to your question they endeavor to find out. The quality of seedlings they carry is fabulous.

Weird parking. No actual carpark, rather a side street with parking.nLots of staff around, some very helpful and friendly.nSmaller store than usual which means less stock and variety, but still a good store!
