Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience, even just for small items. The store carry lots of items despite its compact size. Parking can be challenging at times.

Very good customer service is always here.nAdded to 7 October 2023. I asked the staff for assistance with my whipper snipper because I was unable to lengthen the cord.nIt turned out that it had somehow got tangled in the spool, and the guys had no hesitation in fixing it for me. The agreed charge was telling them one joke. I overpaid because I told them three, so they owe me a refund of two jokes.n6 March 2024nNothing has changed.

While not the largest Mitre 10, it is by far the best. The staff are great - not only friendly but very knowledgeable. If you are a bit stuck, this is the place to go. Even though I said it is a smaller, store they have always had what I needed!
