I parked here to get supplies. Well away from everyone else because I have a bad back and needed to open my door wide. I spent $300 on garden supplies and came back to see my car was coned off with make shift concrete signs that said no parking due to forklift operation. Clearly they weren't there previously and there was plenty of room for forklifts. They had also lifted my windscreen wiper which I know is code for idiot. Poor customer service. Going to Bunnings.

Mitre 10 mega has everything that you want if you are DIY enthusiast or a professional. The variety of barbecue is huge. Heaps of tools and toolboxes. The garden section is huge. The Columbus coffee cafe has a lot of good food and excellent coffee. Always enjoy going there.nThe staff is extremely helpful. There are actual checkout operators unlike the competitor who is phasing them out.nThere is enormous parking lot. Click n collect is also available. The website is so easy to navigate through.nAll sorts of construction stuff is available.

I'm re writing this review. In Dec 2023nNo staff member appeared  willing to help while I was shopping.nSubsequently I visited in January 2024nAnd staff were more willing to ask ifnI needed assistance as I did.....nnThanks for an obvious change of attitude.

If you’re looking for a new kitchen/laundry trust me when I say to go and see Jessie at Glenfield!! We went through probably every available kitchen cabinetry option available in Auckland including custom and hands down Jessie provided the most superior service throughout the process. She knows what’s she’s doing and talking about and brought our vision for our laundry and kitchen. Whilst it’s yet to be installed we honestly couldn’t be happier. Thank you for everything Jessie!!!

What a great customer service!nnMade a return of rug gripper because it is not working as their staff described. Only used 10cm.nnThey called me in a hour and asked me to come back and pay for the roll as they checked CCTV and noticed the roll is used, which is reasonable.nnHowever, their staff's tone is rough and rude. I explained via phone that the roll is not working and would like to come back and discuss with them in person. He threatened me just come back and pay for it. Otherwise they will take further action as they enable to since they got my credit card info.nnThose 1 star reviews about this store are authentic.nnJUST GO BUNNINGS!
