Mitre 10 got what I needed, no hassle. Staff were chill, the place was clean, and the cafe was a nice bonus. Bought some coffee and a slice of lemon cheese cake. Easy in, easy out.

Me and my 3 kids were in store today.. everyone in the store was profusely sweating.. are there even any fans in store? been to plenty of hardware stores in my years and none felt like being inside an oven.. feel bad for the workers.. you get better air conditioning in a cardboard box than this hole

Went to this store with a list of products my husband wanted.nI asked the 3 young girls at the counter but they were to busy talking and didn’t want to help so I left and went to Bunnings and got all the help I needed and purchased it all items.nWent back to your again store today to get two iron meat press, half an hour later no staff to help.nAsked for a manager as it was not were it should be on the shelf, the manager was very unhelpful the guy they paged cam and said I am doing a delivery for a customer who just brought a bbq.nIs that my problem no it isn’tnShame on you guys no wonder Bunnings is so busy, your customer service is poor surprised you make enough money to give any service at all.

Mitre 10 mega has everything that you want if you are DIY enthusiast or a professional. The variety of barbecue is huge. Heaps of tools and toolboxes. The garden section is huge. The Columbus coffee cafe has a lot of good food and excellent coffee. Always enjoy going there.nThe staff is extremely helpful. There are actual checkout operators unlike the competitor who is phasing them out.nThere is enormous parking lot. Click n collect is also available. The website is so easy to navigate through.nAll sorts of construction stuff is available.

Clean and tidy. I asked someone for help, dressed in Mitre 10 uniform, who then tells me he doesn't work at that store. A female shopper who he clearly knew took his undivided attention. Bought water blaster at Bunnings.
