Serious Staffing Issues at New Lynn BranchnnThe lack of staff at The Warehouse New Lynn is a huge problem. Customers are left waiting in massive lines for far too long, and the overall experience is frustrating. I've called the store four times in one day and had to wait up to 27 minutes just for someone to pick up the phone – this is simply unacceptable.nnIt’s clear this branch is severely understaffed. The Warehouse needs to address this urgently by hiring more staff. Customers deserve better service, and the current situation is driving people away. Please fix this!

Absolutely disgusting service by both customer service and local store manager recently. Tried to exchange a bottle of unopened soda syrup only to be told that they don't allow exchanges of grocery items. How come every supermarket in NZ does but you don't? Grabbed wrong flavour by mistake and now can't return it to swap it out. Ridiculous. Your policy needs to change to keep up with every other grocery store.

Ignore the 5 star rating.nI am very annoyed. Silverdale branch said there was 1 outside bench seat left and when I drove all the way to buy it they said no because it was a display item. It shouldn't be showing in stocknif you can't buy it

I have been trying to open a bizrewards account since July and continue to chase for an update. I was told it is normal to wait 60 days but its is now 120 days and still no response to my emails requesting an update. When I do get hold of someone, who has to transfer me I get cut off. After 3 attempts I give up. It is totally unacceptable and very poor service. I too would give a 0 star if available.
