It seems Birkenhead staff make up times for the kiddies pool. It is so frustrating that everytime we call, the staff advise us it is open and were able to use until swim school. However, when we arrive, it is a different story and different times each time. Whats the deal? We need to know proper schedule times for the kiddies pool. Weve been misinformed via phone too many times and each time the story and times shift. Frustrating

The climbing wall area is totally great! friendly, helpful staff and quite affordable

we came to cool down as it was so hot, glad it has a bigger pool.. better to come in the morning as it gets crowded in the afternoon.. it is expensive for adults to pay $7.20 to swim, to accompany a 5 year old.. this place is nice though, and clean.
