We celebrated our rugby team prizegiving and had dinner using their classroom facility and we LOVED IT!! The staff was top notch with their customer service, they were friendly, kind & absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again!

I am writing to make a complaint about the meal I received recently. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. The water tasted stale and “saggy,” and the chicken served was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant texture and what seemed like puss inside.nnThis was not acceptable and left me concerned about the hygiene and preparation standards. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.nnI look forward to your response.nnNgā mihi,

Always clean pool and don't let you swim until they try the pool's usability, hardworking and gentle staff and a smiling face, We love coming to this pool.

fav pool, issac is a nice fella, and there’s a nice younger lifeguard who is super accommodating. be wary, there’s another lifeguard who’s always keen to wrap things up, so the pool ends up shutting 30 mins before, rather than the “usual” 45 past reasonable.nnEDIT. disappointed, fav pool cause it’s outdoors and some staff are stellar, but tell me why they have staffing issues and end up closing the pool fine, life happens but they don’t update anything. same with a private booking today, they didn’t even pick up the phone. tragic.

Its my local and I appreciate it! Rock climbing, pools and park. Fantastic. My skin isnt happy with chlorine, so my last local of West City was difficult on the body and hard to get room for lane swimming. I appreciate that Osbourne pools is outside and reasonably busy when it comes to lane swimming. Friendly and helpful staff.
