We paid $120 for a white chocolate raspberry cake and it was a very disappointing taste. The filling inside the cake was paper thin and full of sugar, %95 of the product was a bland cake. We couldn’t even taste an aroma of a white chocolate nor a raspberry because of the bland cake and overwhelming sugar. They’ve also forgotten to write on the cake as we ordered it. The people inside were nice and there was nice music playing inside so 4 stars each, but the cake was an utter disappointment…

I really enjoyed the pistachio knafeh! Has a buzzy texture but so yum that I'm already planning on purchasing more also bigger than i excepted!

I ordered their most expensive $170 catering box of chocolates as a gift after looking at the advertised picture of 18 or so colourful flavours presented on trays. The delivered product was a cardboard box with loose chocolates of only 8 flavours, looking a little worn, and not suitable as a gift. Apparently the confusion over what was advertised vs. delivered was on me and they said I could buy more flavours and a box to put the chocolates on trays. A discount was mentioned if I wanted to buy another $160 gift box but they did not respond when I asked for the costs and I was later told the responsible team was very busy and it was no problem if I wanted to go somewhere else. My family had ordered from House of Chocolate in the past but we will rather try Makana, Bennetts or Devonport from now on.

I came here several times, and I was always pleased with the chocolate I purchased. It's always good to have high quality chocolate as a gift for friends or as a treat for myself.
