Summerset at Monterey Park Retirement Village

Nice complex, tidy grounds, lovely restored old Clark Residence.

February 2023nVisited friends who are resident here. The grounds are well maintained. There are lots of indoor and outdoor activities for all residents to be involved with. It seems to be very well run by the management and residents.

Visitor parking limited on some days.nNo where for residents that live in the apartments to wash their carsthat I'm aware of loverly setting, grand entrance, lot of things for residents to do and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds and walking tracks by the sea and of course the historical Clark house is a must see

AAA++ This place was a wonderful home for my Mum for 5 years where she received the best care especially during her final years of life in the Care Centre. A friendly, welcoming place to visit and be made to feel so at home too.

Although clean and well presented, the level of support for the residents is appalling! If there is help available, then the resident is charged a huge sum of money! Wouldn't touch the place with a barge pole!! Summerset simply use elderly residents as cash cows all the way from capital gains to simple bed making services.
