A very engaging and friendly atmosphere for learning how to swim. The reception staff and swimming instructors are amazing!! The instructors are very encouraging in building confidence in water and tracking progress. Couldn't have chosen a better place!

Every Saturday, my children have swimming lessons at the same place in different classes, but their lesson times originally matched, which worked very well for us. After one child was moved to a different class, the lesson times changed to 9:00 am and 9:30 am. We understood that scheduling changes can happen, and the reception team kindly mentioned we could check again in case a spot became available at the same time.nnToday, after arriving and checking in, I asked if it might be possible for my other child to join the 9:00 am class so they could start and finish together. I was told that the booking system was full, although only two students had checked in at that time. The receptionist mentioned they would come back to update us if a space became available.nnUnfortunately, no one returned to inform us. I completely understand that it can be a busy environment, but clearer communication or a quick follow-up would have been greatly appreciated.
