I had the same experience as the other reviewer recently and just canceled the lesson for my kid. “The classes are overcrowded where kids are constantly bumping into each other. The lanes are far too small, and the children barely get a few strokes in before colliding with someone else. “ Plus the progress was extremely slow when my kid reached beginner 2 -3 level. Almost no chance or time for my kid to learn the skills needed to move to the next level. My kid has been stuck at the same level for almost a year. They said they would do a review of my kid’s progress after I emailed them about the progress. Did not happen as promised. Very disappointed!nThis feels like a complete waste of money and time

I’m really disappointed with the way this swim school operates. The classes are overcrowded to the point where kids are constantly bumping into each other. The lanes are far too small, and the children barely get a few strokes in before colliding with someone else.nnWhile the lessons are structured and the coaches do their best, there’s only so much they can manage when too many children are crammed into such a small space. In today’s lesson, my daughter was kicked in the head twice because there simply wasn’t enough room for everyone to swim safely.nnFor the price being charged, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, this feels like a complete waste of money.

Really enjoy the tadpole classes which we started when my daughter was 3 months old. Really good balance between teaching skills needed in the water finding the wall/mum or dad, and being comfortable with water submersion and keeping it fun with lots of songs and cheerful instructors. Highly recommend!

Avoid this place if you don’t want your privacy invaded by strangers taking photos/videos of you and your child in your togs. Although Hilton Brown have they have said they are not ok with people videoing others, they have done absolutely nothing to stop it happening and just turn a blind eye to it. Insane considering the cost of the “premium” service and the fact many other swim schools charging a similar amount do prohibit anyone taking photos/videos of lessons.

Absolutely love this place, that staff are so friendly & helpful, and the facility is beautiful : would highly recommend
