AA Centre - Westgate

I am very grateful for my experience with AA. I arrived rather late, in all fairness & was almost turned away due to closing time being minutes away. However I persisted, as I had all the documentation printed out & ready. Seeing as I was prepared, the lovely Cindy tended to me & assisted me with getting all my documentation sorted, all with a smile on her face. The whole process of getting my license sorted was a breeze & I am incredibly grateful for AA's service after being turned away minutes before by VTNZ. Thank you AA Team - Cindy in particular!!

I just sat my restricted test at vtnz and passed. This was mainly because i took about 4 driving lessons here with driving instructor Mohammed Kalim. He was a great teacher and taught me very important skills and tips on how to pass the test and overall become a good driver. Mohammed does not sugar coat on your driving skills, he is very honest on what you need to improve on which is much appreciated. If you’re looking to find you or your children driving lessons, I endorse Mohammed Kalim.

Service is very slow.nnI came here to do the Overseas Drivers licence conversion for my wife. It took hours for that. We had all the documents ready, even the filled application as well. Staff doesn’t seem to be the trained ones. They are seeking support from other staff members, looking into the books, running here and there and waisting time.nnI had done the same, years ago in a seperate AA centre and it was pretty fast.nnVery disappointed with the customer service. Don’t come here for the licence conversion please.

The staff do their best to manage the workflow but unfortunately prolific queuing is commonplace here. Wait times are well above those of other facilities and unfortunately this centre's management hasn't grown to meet this demand. I'm told this is 'a quiet' day

Super helpful staff that were friendly and efficient. Good initiative at ensuring customers had the correct forms and documents prior to them reaching the counter. Thank you!
