So good, I travel just to see him!nI live in Albany and never planned to visit AA Westgate—until a chance led me there and I met Josh. He’s incredibly professional, patient, and friendly. He helped me with a TSL application, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions with a smile.nnSince then, I’ve chosen to travel all the way to Westgate whenever I have AA-related questions—just to see Josh. The Saturday staff were amazing!! We lined up prior to opening so there was already a big line and the way the team assisted everyone so quickly and with a smile on their faces was amazing! Big ups to their team, particularly Cindy. She's a superstar and we were so impressed by her positive and helpful attitude to accommodate everyone within such a busy environment. I never leave google reviews but felt like I needed to because of Cindy's outstanding customer service!!

I came to this AA Centre in the morning to help my husband apply for an IRD number. I asked if it was possible to print documents here, as I’d seen on social media that some centres offer paid printing. A middle-aged Chinese male staff member responded very rudely, speaking in an impatient and aggressive tone, repeatedly asking, “Who told you that? Show me!” It was a simple question, and I was willing to go elsewhere if needed—I just didn’t expect such disrespect.nnAs a fellow Chinese, I felt very uncomfortable being treated this way. Thankfully, another female staff member later helped us kindly and professionally. I hope the centre can look into this staff member’s attitude—people come here for help, not to be made to feel bad.

I am so disappointed with this AA, it took me more than half an hour to renew my rego, most of the staff looked very chill when there was a long queue waiting to be look after. And there was an asian male staff served for the customer who also went to renew rego, took ten minutes more still not finished. That’s really ridiculous even go to NZ Post to do this they are able to finish in two three minutes. Apparently most of the staff are not having a well training except for a female asian lady who help me sry I forgot the name , she was high efficiency, helpful and friendly to calm me down. Every staff in AA westgate should learn from this lady
