I am very grateful for my experience with AA. I arrived rather late, in all fairness & was almost turned away due to closing time being minutes away. However I persisted, as I had all the documentation printed out & ready. Seeing as I was prepared, the lovely Cindy tended to me & assisted me with getting all my documentation sorted, all with a smile on her face. The whole process of getting my license sorted was a breeze & I am incredibly grateful for AA's service after being turned away minutes before by VTNZ. Thank you AA Team - Cindy in particular!!
Alexis…YOU ARE AMAZING!! manukau AA staff are so quick to dismiss people. But alexis in Westgate YOU ARE AMAZING got all my sh*t done in less then 20 minsnSuper helpful!! Super genuine!
The staff do their best to manage the workflow but unfortunately prolific queuing is commonplace here. Wait times are well above those of other facilities and unfortunately this centre's management hasn't grown to meet this demand. I'm told this is 'a quiet' day
Mrs. Alexis was amazing and super patient with me with transferring my american license. Great job, highly recommend!
