Doctors on Luckens

Worst gp care I've ever recieved. Do not recommend, at all.nnThey have failed to provide the correct medication and send test results, resulting witn needing to go to the hospital, not once but twice. Long wait times. Called ahead of time to see of it was okay that we were going to be 5-10mins late, told this was okay ONLY to be sent away upon arrival - appointment was for my very unwell 7 year old.

My family is incredibly grateful to have found the best GP in Doctors on Luckens, especially with Micheline Naidu. She takes the time to listen attentively to our concerns and provide clear explanations or treatment options, ensuring that we have a clear understanding. She is very understanding and never makes me feel like an overbearing mum / patient.nnThe clinic itself is well-organized and efficiently managed, I can see they hired more staffs to make it run smoothly. Nurse Jenny is also very lovely with my baby. The staffs are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with scheduling appointments or answering any queries quickly both via email / phone. They also provide online appointment which makes it hassle-free. Wait times are generally minimal ensuring that our time is valued and respected.nnWe highly recommend Dr. Micheline Naidu to anyone seeking a reliable and compassionate family doctor

Avoid avoid avoid!! Massey local of 16 years here...my daughter had enrolled in this place and today when she went in for her appointment they told her she was unable to be seen and had to book for next Thursday as she wasn't able to pay the late fees she had and fees for the day $60 something in total and wouldn't be paid till Wednesday. Quite frankly I'm disgusted with the care you have shown my daughter I took her to ER and they said they're disgusted by your way of business...do better put people before money.

Definitely I am not the only one to complain doctor Simon, he is very unprofessional, I was bring my painful to see him then still need bring back home. Paying $43.00 to see him just like drop it to drain. Extremely made me upset which was he didn’t check my kids well while kids sick, I cannot bear it anymore.

I feel grateful to have been accepted into this practice and today I saw Dr Micheline Naidu for the first time. Having had a series of bad experiences with my previous medical centre I was unsure what to expect. Wow. from the receptionist, the nurse and right through to Dr Naidu what a refreshing change. I feel I have been listened to, understood and importantly I have direction. Thank you so much for your care and attention.
