The worst GP service I’ve ever experienced, especially with Dr. Yuchen Zhang. His attitude was unprofessional, and the service was disappointing. I will never return. It was a terrible experience with Dr. Yuchen Zhang, he was unprofessional. He can only extend your prescription needs, I don’t think he has enough knowledge to be a GP. I was waiting for half an hour for wasting time with him.nNot recommended at all.

She takes the time to listen attentively to our concerns and provide clear explanations or treatment options, ensuring that we have a clear understanding. She is very understanding and never makes me feel like an overbearing mum / patient.nnThe clinic itself is well-organized and efficiently managed, I can see they hired more staffs to make it run smoothly. Nurse Jenny is also very lovely with my baby. The staffs are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with scheduling appointments or answering any queries quickly both via email / phone. They also provide online appointment which makes it hassle-free. Wait times are generally minimal ensuring that our time is valued and respected.nnWe highly recommend Dr. Micheline Naidu to anyone seeking a reliable and compassionate family doctor
