I've been at this practice for 4 years. Honestly just incredible. Dr Naidu is so kind and caring. I've never had a Dr so outstanding and humble. Thank you.

My mother and I have followed Dr Michelene from West harbour medical centre to her new surgery Drs on Luckens. She goes over and above to deliver optimum care and she’s extremely dedicated to delivering thorough consultations and specialist care if needed. 5 stars from the Julian household

The worst GP service I’ve ever experienced, especially with Dr. Yuchen Zhang. His attitude was unprofessional, and the service was disappointing. I will never return. It was a terrible experience with Dr. Yuchen Zhang, he was unprofessional. He can only extend your prescription needs, I don’t think he has enough knowledge to be a GP. I was waiting for half an hour for wasting time with him.nNot recommended at all.

More care shown about money/profit than patient care. Not to be trusted
