CHT St Margarets Care Home

My brother has been in St Margaret's for about 3wks and from the moment I stepped in there the manager, the admin staff, doctors, nurses, cleaning staff all are lovely caring helpful people. The way they interact with residents and family is so caring and willing.nThe staff all seem to have a respect for each other and genuine caring attitude for the residents.nI'm so happy for my brother as I can see he is enjoying his what could be his last home and he is happynThank you everyone st St Margaret's

An ideal place for elderly people to live and cared well. Very supporting managers and excellent staff who are working for a long time. Registered nurses always approachable and ready to discuss any problems of loved ones. Perfect place to live if you choose to get care for rest of life. Staff are happy and well cared.

It was lovely to see my Nana today, she is looking so good and well looked after, Anita was very nice to have a chat with altogether She made me feel at ease which I know will make my nana feel the same. At the door when leaving at about 2:50pm I had a lady which kept telling me to put my mask on when I need to take it off for my nana who doesn’t wear a mask to be able to lip read me, she insisted 3 times for me to put that mask on when saying goodbye to my Nana but when I arrived at around 1:50pm the entry was unattended meaning anyone could walk in and out ! Please show some common sense and let me take my mask off to give my nana a kiss ! I’m at the door saying goodbye which could be my last time with my nan for crying out loud !

The staff here at this hospital were outstanding and warm. The hospital is in a lovely setting and the guests and patients looked extremely comfortable and happy AAAA+++++ quite a lovely place
