White Cross - Glenfield Urgent Care and GP

Doctor & nurses were friendly was the only good thing about this place, reception was a shocker to talk to. Not to mention long wait where they say more urgent cases go 1st all good with that, but then you see people walking out smiling obviously not more serous then the baby that had to wait three hours. This place definitely has not improved & could do with some reception that can understand clear words. Won't waste our time going there again

Very happy with the kind and helpful service here. Nurses Rose and Michelle were so lovely to me. The Doctors and Nurses here are very good , very nice, and very intelligent. I am impressed, Thanks Whitecross!

You can tell some of the staff are doing their damn hardest, some will be extremely kind whilst others, aloof and tired. I dont blame them though, the atmosphere of the area is so drab. They even got rid of the kids play corner, I wish the design of the area was more comfortable and not as soulless. With all the posters begging patients to be mindful of staff and to not cuss/hurt them, it must happen commonly. I feel for the workers who're doing their best to support people. Ive been here for years and have always seen the struggle. Despite it, i've been supported ever since I was 13. Dr Alia was an angel, though she has left and now im with Dr Eddy who's also fantastic. Brutally honest but in a good way. Mia is also a wonderful receptionist, so kind and understanding.nnThere was another lady who called me today about my anti-depressants but I missed her name, give that woman a raise! She approached me about my issues so kindly

If I could I would give zero stars!nThe reception staff rarely answer the phone and are rude and totally lacking in empathy. It's difficult to see a GP in the short term. Plus doctors don't have time to listen to you. You just have only 15 minutes and they keep telling you to hurry. You cannot expose more than one problem because there is no time. It's absurd, if you need more advice, according to them you should book a half hour appointment and pay double. The doctors seemed stressed to me, without empathy and humanity. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic.

Got what I wanted done but doctor's attitude was a but belittling and rushed. Not a single smile and she almost started an argument with me.nReception staff were helpful and nice. And price was reasonable.
