White Cross - Glenfield Urgent Care and GP

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Arrived into the Urgent Care today with my husband. He is 3 days post spinal surgery. There is not one other patient in the clinic. My husband was triaged by the nurse promptly and then was seen by the treating Physician. This consultation lasted no longer than 5 minutes and is the worst consultation I have ever been involved in. Dr Krim Alipour was condescending, patronising and had no compassion for my husband’s situation. He did not explain any form of rationale behind the working diagnosis and his assessment was not thorough. We left the consultation feeling ill informed, confused and frustrated. For there being no other patient in the clinic the entire time we were there I would have expected better treatment.

I had a really good experience having moved to Auckland and broke my hand before registering with a doctor. The receptionist was amazing, especially when I was having issues with ACC taxi. For a stressful situation, this visit made it easier. Wait was to be expected.

One of the worst clinics I have ever visited is this place, they care about their money not your sickness. All the staff is highly unproffessional and incompetent. Old lady nurse LEZ breached the privacy policy and blamed me of covid, when I had no covid, she ignored my other issues i actually visited them for. Also she forced me to wear a mask when it was not required and forced me to buy my own Rat infront of all other patients in the waiting area. Next Adam whom I still doubt is a doctor said to me its not his area of practise and didn’t help me with my issues atall.Now when I made a complaint, no one got back to me. All I want is money back, but they don’t want to. I will go to the ministery to make a complaint. Will never go there again.

Glenfield white cross .Absolutely hopeless -Read The reviews they all echo this . The phone system is terminally broken. when eventually you get through if you can you get a call centre that is operated by a person not qualified with poor english.nDoctors have given me multiple mis diagnoses Dr Park on chronic and painful conditions that se the process back months. When forced to explain the mistakes then charge for a double appointment. Reception has lost critical records and not submitted critical forms to hospital when required to. In short this place a total disgrace.nWould not recommend to anyone. USELESS

Not even 1 star for sure as the staff and Dr both seems to be rude while talking and they just keep on rescheduling appointment again and again and finally when got appointment with doctors the doctors doesn't seems to be helping at all or doesn't listen as well I would never ever recommend this shitty clinic to any of my friend or family.nI don't wanna give any star but unfortunately I had to do to write the review
