I came in looking for a helmet. I was after a Shoei never had one before and Russell talked me through all the options after checking my dimensions. He also showed me through other options and provided really great advice.nI then went on to purchase boots and a full riding suit.nnThe help has been absolutely fantastic and I am very appreciative for the service.nIt was friendly, not pushy and I was provided with options. Only giving 5 stars because 6 isn't an option.nnI will be back

Bought a bike jacket 2 months ago. Everything the sales guy said it was. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly, snd most of them ride so they understand what I'm looking for.nThe coffee shop is really good as well

I just wanted to share how awesome my experience with Russell at Cyclesport was! He was super helpful in picking out the perfect biker jacket, pants, for me and shoes for my wife. I’ve been there a couple of times for same thing but couldn’t make a decision, and every single time, Russell was patient and enthusiastic, showing us the best options. He even helped me find the perfect fit for my own jacket. His knowledge and friendly attitude made the whole experience a breeze. Thanks a ton, Russell, for making it so easy and enjoyable!

Went to these guys with my klr 650 suspected fuel pump issue.nThey say they changed the fuel pump and the bike was going as it should .nI then started the bike in the carpark in front of the guy who supposedly fixed it.nBike was not fixed was displaying the same Symptoms as it did when I took it in .nHe pretty much scratched his head looked like he had no idea what he was looking at haha.nI told them to keep the bike and spend a couple more hours on it to diagnose the problem they basically charged me a couple hundred dollars and gave me the bike back undiagnosed and unfixed haha.nLong story short I would not recommend this shop for any mechanical issues considering my bike is a simple single cylinder and they can’t even diagnose what is wrong with it.nUnimpressed won’t be back .

Great customer service. I called the store to get an MT-07 in black, but due to low supply from the dealer and the end-of-year period, the bike wasn’t in stock.nnRichard helped me order one from the supplier, but unfortunately the next batch wouldn’t arrive before Christmas. Not only did Richard assist me throughout the process and keep me updated, but he also referred me to another dealer who had the last MT-07 available and arranged it for me.
