Awanui Labs - Takapuna (formerly Labtests)

Dropped in to give blood and urine samples at 07:00. No queue at that time. Very friendly staff, very proficient, no pain or bruising. All done by 07:10 and on my merry way to work. I do this about twice a year, and it's always a good experience.

Wait time are just crazy. Just 2 staff running the whole lab.nThis 1star is not for staff as they are best, it's for the boss or manager who don't care for staff well being.

A rude younger lady took my blood.nnThe lab itself is not in great condition.nnHowever, the wait time is very reasonable.

I had blood taken a last week Friday afternoon, the nurse was very bossy and not very friendly at all. She was quite rough taking blood and it was extremely painful. I couldnt straighten my arm or work out for 3 days post and a week later I have a large bruise over the upper forearm. Not happy and won't let this nurse touch me again.

Good experience at Awanui Lake Rd Takapuna. not a long wait in the early morning. Nancy was very good. all went well. Thanks Nancy.
