Just lovely. Easily accessible from Auckland via the downtown to Devonport ferry with a walk over an old volcano! Great views, clear water. As much a locals spot as fir tourists. Great ice cream shop nearby. Had a fantastic last swim in New Zealand.
Beautiful beach, water is only a few metres from shore. From the beach you can walk up Maungauika/North Head Historic walk with great views.
Large beach that at low tide has heaps of space. Summer hours for dogs apply but great space for them to run and splash. Water very low depth for ages. Safe paddling
A beautiful hidden beach with the best Euro vibes to it, it is still quiet and peaceful here!
Beautiful beach, not too crowded in summer. You can see a whole rangitoto island from this point. The beach was connected with northhead, just climb up for paroramic view.
