Its more like a private/u explored beach. No commercial activities. A beach alongside residential houses. Less crowded but senic. If anyone need me time and wish to just stay low, this beach can be visited.
It was nice and quiet when we visit around 11 AM.nLove this lovely beach and atmosphere.
Just lovely. Easily accessible from CBD auckland via the downtown to Devonport ferry with a walk over an old volcano! Great views, clear water. As much a locals spot as for tourists. Great ice cream shop nearby. Had a fantastic last swim auckland.
This is an amazing beach on the quieter side of Takapuna. Unlike the busier sections of Takapuna Beach, this spot offers a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The stunning coastal views are ideal for photography, with plenty of beautiful scenery to capture. If you’re looking for a tranquil beach away from the crowds, this is definitely worth a visit.
Beautiful beach with hardly any crowds. There is changing rooms, toilets and bathing space at the beach. There are also drinking water fountains.nVisited the Cheltenham beach during the low tide, so had to walk quite a bit to reach the waters. Kids and myself had a great time at the beach. You can spot starfishes and other marine life's during the low tide.nBeach is quite walkable from the Davenport Ferry terminal 2 ..
