AA Centre - Takapuna

I am sitting here at the Takapuna branch, there is one person at the counter handling drivers licenses. There are a dozen people in the queue and I have been here 25 minutes already and hardly moved. When I asked why there was only person apparently the other was on break. I have taken time out if work for this and their advice to come back another day doesn't help my frustration. Not impressed. I have been an AA member for many years and this makes me want to cancel it.

The moment I stepped in, I already am comfortable. They are nice and warm people!

the guy who works there is soooo rude, I hate going there sooo much. Not helpful. Try any of the othere store or use the online. Unless you want to be treated poorly.nnThis is about the 3rd time I’ve just walked out because he was rude. I still need my rego :/

These places throughout Auckland seem to be getting very bad reviews regarding their interactions with the public...Not good for creating public confidence

Totally time wasted, came all the way from Albany, cause the other branches people waiting on a long queue, when I reached this store, the store is closed and Google says open.
