The pool has just been reopened today after a-month long annual maintenance. Job well done. Thanks team
As a 1st timer I was surprised and happy with my visit. The showers were warm and hot , the temperature of both the sauna and steam were just right that I can stay longer compared to other venues and the outdoor spa is fine with bubbles. I will definitely visit this pool again :-
I saw the man being extremely nosy toward these two elderly woman the lifeguards stared and did absolutely nothing. Then the other day i came a Korean lifeguard started “cleaning the walkways with a hose” and proceeded to spray all of the children’s shoes. The slow, medium and fast lanes shouldn’t even be labelled those, there is absolutely no point because I see this elderly woman walking in the fast lanes and lifeguards do nothing, slow people also swim in the so called “fast” lanes and cause a whole traffic jam. There are also bugs in the water and their swim coaches dont even teach proper swimming they are just guessing what to do.
This pool is a full-on lane management disaster. Every time I go, they have three out of six lanes blocked for lesson groups, leaving just a “slow” and “fast” lane for the general public and members. Meanwhile the walkers, slow, medium and fast swimmers are all forced together into a chlorinated cesspit with zero flow or lane etiquette.nnStaff just stand there watching the chaos and do absolutely nothing to mediate the flow, redirect walkers, or manage lane etiquette. It’s not like the issue is subtle — you can literally see the pile-up happening.nnIf the intention is to prioritize private swim groups over paying public swimmers, at least be honest about it. Stop marketing it as a welcoming community pool when morning lap swimmers are clearly the lowest priority.
Used to be a good place to do lane unfortunately they started closing three lanes for swimming lessons. That effectively leaves only one lane for doing laps and the other slow lane was taken by a Chinese woman who is teaching 2 children and today there was 4 children at the end. Saying she was the children’s mother or aunty I believe she is a private teacher getting paid for making it no space for other children to swim. Which is very unfair.nIt's a real shame they are neglecting their regular swimmers like that. but can rarely use the pool for swimming when coming in the weekend.
