My Dr Dr Jean Lim is amazing but if you require support when your Dr is on leave be prepared to be dropped like a hot potato. I got a one word email reply from Dr Kerr. Zero care, even with extensive history with this medical centre since the opened in 2011 it means nothing. So not a wrap-around, whole centre support…more like a building I see my Dr in.nOh and reception pick and choose what emails they forward on to Dr - my occupational therapists and ACC have been ignored which significantly holds up processes they need to complete which falls on me to chase up.

I see Nurse Practitioner Gemma Walker regularly - both in Medplus Hauraki and Devonport. She is the absolute best—friendly, genuinely listening, highly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help. Very grateful for her, would absolutely recommend registering with her.nnBooking appointments, paying with my Southern Cross and getting my scripts is always smooth at Medplus Hauraki. Very satisfied with the service here.

Very frustrated with my recent appointment. I've previously been prescribed HRT without issue, but now I'm being told I cannot continue my prescription unless I have a mammogram - despite having just had an ultrasound that came back clear. I should be able to make informed decisions about my own healthcare, especially when it comes to mammograms and the concerns about their risks versus benefits. This experience has left me feeling like patient choice and autonomy aren't respected here.

I recently experienced a serious health concern that needed hospitalisation. My care from Dr Fiona Kerr and NP Gemma was exceptional. I’ve never had so much consistent care, follow-up and kindness from a Doctors Clinic that I’ve been enrolled with in my life.
