It's disappointing to see Vodafone's decline in New Zealand. Once a reputable brand with good intentions, now the service has deteriorated significantly. Spending 30 minutes on the phone just to pay a bill, followed by unnecessary questioning about a name change, is frustrating and unacceptable. After being a loyal customer for over a decade, it's disheartening to have to close my account due to such poor service. And to add to the frustration, being locked out of my account while trying to settle my final bill is simply unacceptable.

After 16 years, I am gutted to continue on this terrible service. They don’t even truly understand their system it’s toss after toss to different team, and after multiple phone calls, still unable to figure out the resolution to a simplest problem - they mistakenly deleted my account and don’t know how to put it back. Genius. I’m definitely switching services after years of waiting on a phone. Not interested in over priced plans as well.

Time to take one nz to telecommunications disputes or fair trade act ,nnScandalous behavior seem to change the bill price each month dirty snakes.nnTry talking to the overseas team no English play dumb, hours of disturbing punishing hell.This company has changed no loyalty to customers, & no not interested in filling out your feedback form more interested in a outcome that's honest

One New Zealand owe me $300 credit for promotional $99 mobile One New Zealand a scam after Canada acquired Vodafone NZ a scam - $444.40 for a $99 on promotion mobile. bad company indians and filipinos. Update - A week or so later a bit of a mess this trash company just increased their prices on their plans by $5 **** NZ.. oh and they don’t have 5G cellular coverage in their biggest city..

I'm writing this in hope that someone at one nz will take my complaint seriously!nOne nz Takanini tried to cheat us by their employee named zainab . When we signed up for a 12 month mobile plan, she told us that we going to pay 35$ for data plan for both me and my wife’s phone numbers plus the mobile phone price. But after three weeks, the bill plan showed that we have to pay more than what the employeezainab told us to pay. 65$ and companionship plan of 35$ which we didn’t aware of and she didn’t even mentioned to us about the 65$ plan at all !! When went to ask her about it, she was denied it that she didn’t say 35$ monthly plan for both numbers and she said that we both heard wrong. But me and my wife heard her saying 35$ for both numbers! She raised her voice and didn’t want to listen to us and was full of excuses and lies! It’s not the first time you guys have been mistreated and neglected us! Misleading people to get them on the contract is absolutely disgusting! She was unprofessional and doggy! she lied again and again to us! One nz, is that how you trained your employees? To mislead peopleyour customers!! Did you train them to be liars?nOne NZ is the most micky mouse disgrace I have ever had!
