Absolutely amazing location to park the caravan up and relax.nnSo close to the Takapuna township, with bars, ships, restaurants right there.nnThe staff were extremely friendly and helpful.nnAn Uber to the viaduct from the camp ground was only around $20-25.nnSuch a great stay.nnFacilities are admittedly a bit dated but still clean, tidy and functional!nnWill definitely be returning and recommend this to everyone.
I wish I had been able to stay for longer. This location is epic! Yes the campground amenities are dated but they are clean and tidy. I loved the whole experience staying here. I will definitely be back
Stayed here Fri 1st Nov 2024. For a camp that was very full I can see why. On arrival we found the office woman very pleasant and helpful. The cabin was very clean,also given the fact there were children there as well, the toilets,kitchen and laundry were very clean and tidy. Couldn't fault it. Great location to shops, beach makes it an very ideal place to stay. Highly recommended
My family and I stayed here for the first night of our New Zealand road trip, and we are so grateful for the lovely friendly staff. We arrived and were having difficulties setting up our campervan but no question was too small. The view of the beach is absolutely gorgeous, the amenities are all clean and spacious and have everything you could ask for. Would 100% recommend for anyone visiting the area.
This holiday park is stunning, set on a beautiful water front location even the sites located away from the water have great views! We used one of the powered campervan sites which was clean and on gravel. The staff were lovely and assisted us in an after hours check in with no issues. The park is located a short walk from a bustling street full of wonderful restaurants and cafes and right next to the water for a swim if that’s what you are after! The amenities were clean and worked really well, slightly dated in appearance but they were still a 4.5/5
