Takapuna Beach Holiday Park

Stayed here Fri 1st Nov 2024. For a camp that was very full I can see why. On arrival we found the office woman very pleasant and helpful. The cabin was very clean,also given the fact there were children there as well, the toilets,kitchen and laundry were very clean and tidy. Couldn't fault it. Great location to shops, beach makes it an very ideal place to stay. Highly recommended

My family and I stayed here for the first night of our New Zealand road trip, and we are so grateful for the lovely friendly staff. We arrived and were having difficulties setting up our campervan but no question was too small. The view of the beach is absolutely gorgeous, the amenities are all clean and spacious and have everything you could ask for. Would 100% recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This holiday park is stunning, set on a beautiful water front location even the sites located away from the water have great views! We used one of the powered campervan sites which was clean and on gravel. The staff were lovely and assisted us in an after hours check in with no issues. The park is located a short walk from a bustling street full of wonderful restaurants and cafes and right next to the water for a swim if that’s what you are after! The amenities were clean and worked really well, slightly dated in appearance but they were still a 4.5/5

We had a lovely stay at Takapuna Holiday park. Patrick and Sarah are so friendly and helpful. They gave us loads of information about New Zeeland for our 2 month trip. The holiday park is located right on the waterfront with loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. The facilities are great and clean. Would definitely recommend. Sam and Maddy.

Such a great location right on the beach! I was nervous about the bad reviews but the park was awesome. The beach front powered site was large and was literally on the sand!nStaff were so friendly and helpful. The amenities were a bit old but very clean. The hot water would slow if others were using it. Grey and black water dumping on site was a bonus.nThe cabins looked super cute.nThe cafe next door is awesome.
