Team Global Express

This courier company is horrible, the drivers they have for auckland city are not good at all, firstly the driver signed for a package as they did not attempt to even knock on the door, secondly the package was left ON TOP of the letterbox, so obviously 6 minutes later the package was stolen, their customer service is horrible they are extremely unprofessional and were slow to tell me how to get a refund on the package that was stolen which was completely the delivery drivers fault! Hopefully they can train their delivery drivers better soon

This company uses incompetent courier drivers. parcel was picked up on 21st Aug. in Auckland, was delivered to incorrect address in Twizel, signed for by the driver The address is a holiday property so no one was there to sign for the item & it was left outside for over a week. I have tried to contact Team Global Express but their contact page failed to sent information Not a good look.

I don't even want to give them 1 star!nHad the worst experience with TGE!!! First of all, their customer service reps on the phone are not very professional, I had to drag basic information out of them when I asked what the status of my delivery was, second my item was sitting in their depot, after being processed and everything for over 2 days, God knows why, even though we requested for express delivery. And thirdly, when my husband when to pick up the item from the depot after arranging everything over the phone and email with them, the people at the reception had no record of that and also mucked my partner around, which wasted 1 and a half hour of his day.nAnd I wouldn't recommend trying to locate their depot, it's super confusing because there's construction all around it and when you call to ask for help, they are useless.

Absolutely shocking freight/courier company!!! Order venetian blinds from Auckland company that uses this company and we're now on our 3rd replacement blinds after 2 previous shipments were badly damaged - bent and crushed blinds. Packaging design was up to it as we've had other blinds use the same packaging design without issue. This freight company are as rough as guts when handling parcels.

Been dealing with toll for years and they just don't care about anything.nUse another company if you cannCustomer service and the drivers are just rude and have no care for the products.nThe pics says everything how they operate.nNeeded to get in throught the driveway and there was the truck parked right infront of it.nYellow lines everywhere.nThe drivers didn't care one bit so I just had to wait.nTook some photos meanwhile :
