I’m not quite sure what the previous reviewer experienced, but my visit was genuinely very positive.nI came in about 10 minutes before closing, and I completely understand that this is not ideal. Having worked in a similar environment myself, I know how frustrating it can be when people arrive right at the end of the shift.nnEven so, the team still served me, assisted me, and helped get my parcel on its way to the States — all with patience and a smile. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism, especially so close to closing time.nnSeveral people had recommended this office to me because of the great service, and they were absolutely right. Thank you again — this is exactly why I chose to come here and didn’t want to go anywhere else.

Bad attitude from staff about something simple as postage. If you don’t want to provide post office services that’s fine. Just stick with being a pharmacist.

Want to say a HUGE thankyou to the lovely couple at the Mt Albert post shop . I was sending my passport to UK and it’s a mission from start to finish with the new laws . The new QR codes etc Mama G was very patient and knew exactly what was needed . Thank you much appreciated
