If I could give 7 stars I would.nEasy process, printed bar code, brought package in, it was boxed and packaged in front of me, I have received an email to say its on the way with a tracking number. Effortless blissn*******
Really disappointing to drive all the way into the service point and find out you must use a physical ID instead of one saved on your phone.
Worst experience ever. Don't ever send food items in DHL to New Zealand. NZ customs and their regulations are way too hard to deal with. But one would assume DHL plays a part where they should be making it easier? No they make it even harder. Their response time via emails is once every 7 days which is so bloody frustrating. Highly not recommended.
The staff here are always friendly. As I visited often, I was surprised at how smart and friendly they were even when they were busy with a lot of customers and even with difficult customers.
Receptionist was the rudest customer service assistant I have ever encountered. Not helpful and very unprofessional. Not impressed at all by the level of customer care especially considering her job being to help customers pick up items they have ordered!
