Wow, the ladies who were working here today were absolutely outstanding! They were so patient, understanding, efficient, and knowledgeable. Truly excellent service that deserves recognition.

Massive shout out to the Penrose team. I’ve had multiple dealings over the past few weeks and every single team member has been an absolute delight! Warm, kind, helpful with fantastic attention to detail. Legendary team on the front desk!

Staff was very very accommodating. She explained to me all of my concern: expected date of delivery, coverage of insurance and delivery hours in the Philippines. A very good example of good customer service. Kudos!

Such an amazing experience! Ash helped us get our package mailed to the US with no problems. She was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back to post again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible communication, and then they expected me to pay a $257 bill with no explanation. I had to waste my time with emails and phone calls just to get it sorted out. The parcel was a simple birthday gift for my daughter, just a toy worth far less than that and it still took almost three weeks to arrive. Awful service. I’ll be looking into other couriers for future parcels.
