Annoyed the text said delivery would be 11am to 1pm and it was delivered at 9.47am when I was out. Customer service was warm and pleasant and did what they could to remediate the situation.

The receptionist on the Monday afternoon is amazing! She explained everything carefully and friendly! Hopefully my package will be arrived on time!
