DHL Express Service Point - Auckland (Collection or Drop Off)

DHL service was terrible.nFirst, they could not find my address which was clearly written, and NZ post and other shipment company could find my address…nSecond, when I called them the same day after they failed delivery and requested for pick up, they have not organized the pick up for the next day and I have to call them again!nEven the second time I calledwhich is next day! my parcels are still not ready to be picked up!!The whole point of getting delivery is to save our time and getting our bought products or needed things at the needed time! However, neither I got my product that I bought in time, nor it was delivered to me!nThis is really upsetting and frustrating because it is wasting my time, I have work and could not be there any time to pick up! Plus the whole point is not for me to pick up the parcel but by getting it delivered! I am requesting picking up is because DHL failed to find my address and I really needed it to be delivered this time!like what? Can’t DHL even just call me or try harder to find the location?? This never happened with NZ post before. Also if they do not want to call me - why am I leaving my phone number? Excuse me?nThe whole experience with DHL is so terrible and upsetting. They failed to achieve the quality of service they promised to. Very disappointed.

Utterly useless company. Driver lied about being in my area, lied I wasn't in, backtracked when I looked at the drive camera. Made a complaint and now they aren't delivering for another week! Its quicker for me to drive to the airport and collect it myself.

I acknowledge that human errors can occur; however, when a mistake is made, I expect a company to take responsibility and support its customers accordingly.nnYour company has incorrectly charged me ten times the GST amount that I already paid to my vendor, yet no effort has been made to rectify the situation or assist me in resolving this issue. Despite multiple requests for a callback from a manager, my concerns have been ignored.nnThe lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support I have experienced is unacceptable.
