Bad customer service from this Indian woman named Teina very rude unprofessional manner not serving customers well . Whining about not wearing mask unable to advise she went too far ignoring me long queue serve the other guy behind me . She took it personal approach refused to serve me after I said I'll buy mask. She didnt said to me before I'm not allowed to wear a scarf I was covering my whole mouth and chin using the scarf. I was standing never served . Ended up walking to her was there a reason said she wont be serving me at all caused im wearing scarf . I said you didnt tell me while I was standing she was very loud while people can hear I was so mad . She didnt speak to me in a professional manner . I said to her I'm going to buy mask now & asked her you gonna serve me or not? I was asking a question and Querying whether she can state where about in Govt nz law says mask a highly enforced while govt has opened it for everyone its optional .she refused to answer and ended up not serving me while I was just asking question I'm adding as feedback post office mangere east if you cant handle the heat and answer questions do not work as customer service rep If youre enforcing people to wear mask you have to prepare & answer their questions period .I will lodge complaint further . This is called discrimination. Mask highly enforced while govt said optional up to the person whether to wear or not .nI don't know why you guys declined the public but other stores are ptional . If you want to be treated with respect your have to earned that respect first period.nnThis is my first and last day here eventhough closer my house I'll go all the way other branches sick of fhe worsf customer service from this Indian lady.

Always a good experience at this PostShop.nnServices the community well.nnAlso as a small business owner, the attached Kiwibank has been a life saver when many of the other branches have been closed or gave rediculas operating hours.nnVery happy with this branch
Had to send presents. Aramix did not have packing service or boxes despite phone call telling me they did. I was able to purchase a box tape and sent by courier from Mangere East Post Shop on Friday. Parcel was delivered Saturday in Dunedin. Great service and pleasant staff
Great spot to do your government filing or paying bills, shipping items locally and internationally. It does get busy during the day and parking will eventually get packed but this place is easily accessible and local to other business establishments.
