NZ Post Shop Papatoetoe Central

I had my first experience at NZ Post today, and it was absolutely disappointing. One of the staff members was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me, she displayed a dismissive attitude and behaved in a way that was completely unacceptable.nnI have never encountered such poor customer service before, and it’s disappointing to see this at NZ Post. As someone who values respect and professionalism, this experience has left a negative impression on me. I sincerely hope that the management addresses this issue and ensures better training for their staff .

Very humid and stuffy air as you enter. Post office counter not enough staffs. Very long que. After 10 min queing got told the other counter also does post office jobs. Very poorly organised shop.

The fat women very rude, also asked me what am I posting and to open the packaging I had done, after she looked i said are you happy? she said if you dont like it go to another post shop.

Can be busy. I understand that. They put up a sign explaining why they short staff, which was great. The guy who serves lotto counter, also came over to post to help after he was finished with his customers. Great job there :nI do advised finding more staff to have on hand, incase of emergencies. Especially for the long line that waits for kiwi bnk and postage.
