Absolutely appalling service. I have called them 15 times over the past month chasing product sitting in customs. I’ve also sent emails with no response. Spent $2700 buying stock for summer in November and got the express shipping option and it’s now past half way through summer with still no stock. No one ever communicates back with me after I’ve contacted them and requested updates I never hear back and the tracking never changes. Extremely disappointed with their terrible service - cannot believe how a business can continue to operate like this, looking at all their negative reviews! Sort it out Aramex!!
Worst experience ever. Supplied information they needed. Paid the invoice and was advised goods would be delivered in 3 days. Waited over a week and nothing was sent. Phoned them only to find out they couldn't tell me where my goods were and that they needed more information. I explained I had already send it and paid the invoice their company had sent. She said would contact the Penrose branch and email me what was happening. Waited another 3 days. No email sent. Emailed to ask where the goods were. Got no reply. Phoned again and got the same run around. Asked why they did not email me like they said they would. She did not reply. Asked to speak to someone that could simply explain where my goods were. Was advised it was not possible to speak to a more senor person. Goods cost over $1000 + their invoice of around $500 and no one from this company could explain where they are or even what they will do to get them to me even though I paid their invoice. Worst experience ever. Highly recommend never dealing with this company. Completely useless, worst communication ever and a total wait of time.
I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this company and their call center. As a business operating in New Zealand, I believe it is crucial to have a local call center rather than relying on overseas support. The lack of adequate customer service training is evident, and it's clear that improvements are urgently needed.nnOn January 4th, 2025, my sender dispatched a package within Auckland, and here we are on January 13th, still waiting for it to arrive. To make matters worse, I was informed that it could take an additional 4 to 5 working days for the package to be delivered, which I find completely unacceptable given the circumstances.nnDespite making numerous phone calls and the sender sending a marked urgent email to the company, it seems that my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. The call center staff based in the Philippines were unhelpful and dismissive. They seemed more focused on sticking to a scripted response than genuinely assisting me with my issue. When I requested to speak to a supervisor or someone in a senior position to address my concerns, they abruptly ended the call, which was incredibly frustrating.nnIn my experience, other shipping options like Post Haste, DHL, and NZ Post offer far more professionalism and exceptional customer service. I strongly recommend considering these alternatives for anyone looking for a reliable shipping solution.
Worst Courier Company!!nMy first parcel showed it's last tracking on 23rd December 2024. After multiple calls and enquiries I was advised the same thing each time that they were looking into it. On 9th January 2025 I was then told the parcel was 'lost'. After getting in touch with the sender a replacement parcel was then shipped on 15th January and the scanning shows it had arrived to the depot on that same day. It is now the 21st January and have been in contact with their customer service twice whom has advised it takes 2-3 business days for their operations team to do a search for the parcel. Sick of this courier company and their lack of communication and efficiency. Have never experienced this with NZ Post, NZ Couriers, Post Haste or DHL. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Hi all just wondering what your thoughts are on Aramex and if anybody has had the same issue or Similar with them or is it just me.... As I'm still in the process of waiting for it nownnI Ordered something online from a store near wellington 2 weeks ago which it took awhile to be transported from the store and make it's way upto the Auckland depo which I understand that is a long drive for a postie or delivery company driver to deliver to Auckland from wellington.nnBut once it arrived at the Auckland depo it took about 3-4 days for the tracking number to say it was in Auckland then the delivery was attempted but no one was home so the delivery driver came back again over a couple days to try and redeliver but again no one was home so they left a missed parcel card where I arranged a redelivery for Wednesday 15th January 2025 but no delivery van arrived. I then Phoned the Aramex Auckland depo yesterday in regards to no delivery when rescheduled for redelivery and they were no help until I asked if I could pick up the parcel when they said yes but To wait for an email to be sent out to me to say the parcel is ready for collection but no email yesterday or this morning.nnWhen I Phoned this morning in regards to the tracking app number saying it is being delivered and due today the customer service representative said exact words 'It is onboard our delivery van and will be delivered today ASAP before 5pm' and now still no delivery as prior to her words stated as now it is has been 2 weeks and still no package delivery.nnSorry for the long novel just wanting to see if anyone else has had an issue similar with Aramex Couriers or is it just me and for those looking at sending parcels with them or receiving parcels to either stick with NZPOST when sending a parcel or receiving or Keep an eye on your parcel with Aramex if it you are sender or receiver if in transit already.
