I had a bit of an unpleasant experience at the Blockhouse Bay Post Shop. The staff member at the counter didn’t seem to understand my concern, and instead of responding with empathy, her attitude came across as dismissive. I’ve noticed this a few times during my visits, and it does make the experience quite uncomfortable. I really hope the service can improve — a little kindness goes a long way.

Worst customer service ever.nI’ve had multiple bad experiences here. Naha is extremely rude and has no manners at all. Management should replace her immediately.

Always friendly and helpful with parcels and customs forms. Love going here.

I like here as only the one bear my house open Saturday.

Don't know others but I've good experience there, so 5 star.
