Parcel sent priority from Europe to Palmerston North, made it to NZ within 5days. Been stuck at East Tamaki for 3 and hasn't been delivered yet! No one provides any solid info about the luck of my shipment. Only info provided by FedEx Customer Service was that some partner had taken over. Nothing else. No apology, no further info or guidance. Only advice given was me having to sit and wait. For some miracle, apparently.
It is appalling that the US based services team do an exceptional job of getting a parcel from the US to New Zealand in 2 days...and then Fedex locally in NZ take more than 10 days to get the same parcel to its final destination that is only 31 kilometres from their base...Fedex is an organisation that does 50% of its responsibilities amazingly well, and then let down by local incompetence who talk to people like crap, don't call back and don't give a shit about you. I just wish a Fedex Exec would look at this feedback and realise how wrong this is and how you could go from Good to Great...the NZ team have accountability and responsibility but trust me they don't care. I now insist on anything I purchase comes from DHL
Why there is a problem with delivering a parcel to a closed apartment complex?? There is a number to call for all the couriers and you guys are not an exception. Just call building manager he is always on duty and he will open the entrance. You guys dont even try to do that. Why do we need a couriers when I have to go and pick up the parcel by myself.
Very poor service, I am using Fedex for such a long time. This is the first time I have encountered with such a rude driver.nnHe delivered my 3 big parcels just on the door of my office and when I requested him to use his trolly and keep at back, it will take less than 2 minutes. He was so rough and said we are authorized to drop it on door only.nnAnd when I said atleast stack the boxes together at front only, he didnt even respond and left. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE FEDEXnZERO STARS. Worst experience ever. Never again, never, never... yes, like the song. Terrible service, overpriced paid 200 NZ dollars for a 600 grams parcel, sent on a day when they have a 50% discount, otherwise I would have paid 400 NZ dollars!!! and it took 4 weeks for my parcel to get from my home country to my door in NZ it took only 5 days to arrive in the country. Info was missing, according to them, and after I sent the info it took them NINE DAYS to decide to send the parcel to NZ customs to be opened. NZ customs sent it back to Fedex last Tuesday and I have received the parcel today, one week later. During all these weeks I have phoned them multiple times and had to put up with their customer service, who not only have poor English which is incomprehensible some of them but are unable to spell e for apple not to mention that I had been asked to google phone numbers and been sent around in circles from one department to another. So, save your money and the most precious thing you have that is time, and don't use this company.
