NZ Post Manukau City Box Lobby

So disappointed by service received.nGot in around 3:50 ish yesterday and press the bell this one lovely lady came out who started finding my pascal must say she was really helpful, as she went to find my pascal another lady came, super grumpy no eye contact nothing just starts I asked her I had a mail to drop she said leave it here and I said can I have a receipt and more grumpy as hell she said we not a post shop and if you want a receipt go to a post shop I was shocked with the tone and body language like she is having a bad day and making sure everyone else around her feels it as well!! Women if you not happy find a new job someone else will be happy to work there !!

Picked up a parcel today. Thank you for the awesome friendly quick service. Wish all NZ post shops were like this

Ladies at the front desk were very courteous and helpful with my packages that I needed to pick upnnIf you don't have the card left at your doorstep, bring photo ID as proofnnPlease observe the social distancing rules which were placed in visible placesnnLimited parking spaces to about 4-6 but possibly more around the lobby within small walking distancennHave packages delivered to your work address if it's allowed to ensure that someone is present to receive the package.

Had very pleasant experience with the 2 ladies on front, very helpful and fast.nnThe only issue I can say is that when 3-4 persons come in all at the same time to claim a parcel, everyone's stuck on the front entrance, blocking the way.

Came to pickup a package but the customer service was terrible. The middle-aged looking lady who handled my pickup was incredibly impatient and rude the entire time. I showed her my phone which had the tracking number, but she told me I gave her the wrong number and told me “just go to your email to find it.” nnThen, I asked another question and she raised her voice and rudely said “what.” I was shocked and didn't know what I did to annoy her. Before I left, I said thank you so much and this lady just responded with “next one!”nnI cannot believe this is the customer service I received from nzpost. You guys need some serious staff training.
