The staff are super helpful and always professional. The lobby sorts mail 6 days a week which is great. However we quite often get mail for other POBoxes put inside our box, and I often wonder how much of our mail is misdirected also. Considering how much the box costs each year it’s frustrating that the core of the service isn’t that reliable.
Came to pickup a package but the customer service was terrible. The middle-aged looking lady who handled my pickup was incredibly impatient and rude the entire time. I showed her my phone which had the tracking number, but she told me I gave her the wrong number and told me “just go to your email to find it.” nnThen, I asked another question and she raised her voice and rudely said “what.” I was shocked and didn't know what I did to annoy her. Before I left, I said thank you so much and this lady just responded with “next one!”nnI cannot believe this is the customer service I received from nzpost. You guys need some serious staff training.

Ladies at the front desk were very courteous and helpful with my packages that I needed to pick upnnIf you don't have the card left at your doorstep, bring photo ID as proofnnPlease observe the social distancing rules which were placed in visible placesnnLimited parking spaces to about 4-6 but possibly more around the lobby within small walking distancennHave packages delivered to your work address if it's allowed to ensure that someone is present to receive the package.
Had very pleasant experience with the 2 ladies on front, very helpful and fast.nnThe only issue I can say is that when 3-4 persons come in all at the same time to claim a parcel, everyone's stuck on the front entrance, blocking the way.
