Went in to collect a parcel that had been carded the previous day, they had no idea where it was and how I could resolve the situation. I had to call NZ post to resolve.
Closed despite marking open on google maps, as well as the signage posted on the door.
Miss the old Post Office in St. Heliers. The senior man there now is very rude, rarely speaks and treats you as a disturbance to his day. Also since masks were a requirement does not wear his correctly and always has his nose protruding. In my opinion he should be removed from this position.
Too slow the service!
