What awesome ladies at St Heliers NZ Post. They are friendly, helpful and patient. I love dealing with them for all my post or courier needs. Thank you ladies, in a world gone crazy, it’s truly heartwarming to deal with the pair of you.

I am always very appreciative of the friendly, helpful and efficient service from PO staff at ST Heliers- I post a lot of parcels and staff are always unfailingly patient and pleasant. I feel it is unfair their bad reviews are, in the most part, a criticism of our appallingly inefficient PO SERVICE- not the poor staff dealing with those unhappy and annoyed PO service customers!

I’ve been to the post office a few times to pick up packages. The team has always been great, special shout out to Deepesh for being so helpful today!

The service at the PO Box centre is excellent. The two woman/ladies that work there go out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. The service is a significant improvement from when the centre was part of the book/stationary shop. The greeting is always friendly and welcoming when I make an enquiry. Great job!

Terrible experience here. Staff really incompetent and rude. I was told it was my fault that I was sent an email to pick up my parcel and that I should have been there to pick it up when I got the email even though it was sent 2 hours before they open. Then I was told because I had arranged for redelivery the day before that it was going to take 3 days to process and redeliver, I had scheduled redelivery the day prior for the next day so I couldn't understand why I was advised to pick it up in the first place. The man proceeded to belittle me in front of other customers and kept stating that because I had arranged for redelivery it was my fault I didn't pick it up before it went back to the driver. I had to drive across Auckland to get there for such a bad experience.
