NZ Post Shop Flat Bush

Came to this post shop after a not so good experience earlier this year. This time had a good experience sending a parcel my father wanted to be sent to Sāmoa. I am very grateful to the young lady who filled out the form and paperwork in the end because I was not doing it properly and we were already in the post shop for almost 30 minutes.

Great location and good staff to deal with, they have post, kiwi bank stationary and other basic office and home ware available.nClean and tidy store, bit hard to locate from the main road or parking as they are in the corner.nAttaching photos for new comers guidance

Started coming here today as Otahuhu post shop closed downnI am very impressed with the service and how helpful the young lady was - great location to do some shopping after paying my bills. Highly recommend to all Otahuhu people heaps of free parking and bus service out frontnand get a feed after u pay your bills

I send parcels regularly a couple of times a month. However, this time I was overcharged by a dollar. When I asked the lady why it was $1 more than a few days ago, she explained that it was due to a recent increase in postal fees.nWhile $1 may not seem like much, honesty should be the top priority in face-to-face business interactions. After all, trust is the foundation of any successful business relationship. Unfortunately, this kind of attitude might not help the shop thrive in the long run. Personally, I won’t be using this shop anymore.n*I would prefer to skip the rating if I can, even giving one star feels too generous for this kind of service.

They are very nice. We just arrived in New Zealand and didn‘t know anything. We got a lot of help from them.
