The team at NZ Courier Post is absolutely fantastic! Their courier and drivers consistently go above and beyond, providing excellent and professional service every time. Deliveries are always handled with care, and their efficiency is truly impressive. I appreciate their dedication and reliability—highly recommend! TERRIBLE SERVICE.nnParcel mis-delivered to wrong address by 3 times and lost eventually by local courier guy.nnSent tons of enquiry emails, nobody cares.nnNo one is responsible for their mistakes.nnBeyond your imagination, ridiculously informed you that your case has been integrated into their next coaching sessions as raw, practical examples.nnCompletely garbage arrogant and ignorant post service.nnPARASITES ….USELESS EATERS…nnWORTH ZERO star if available.

Terrible service from NZ Post, in particular the Highbrook branch. I had a parcel from Whakatane sent on 1/10/2024 as an overnight delivery as it was needed by 4/10/2024, plenty of time you would think. Was going well until it reached Auckland. I still have not received the parcel 8/10/2024, though it is now with courier for delivery, finally. I called about the parcel on 3/10/2024 and told that if I was to change it to be picked up from the branch then it would take another 24 hours to process why? I don't know, and that the parcel should be delivered that day. I am posting this review in hope that someone from NZ Post reads this and some kind of review is done for the operations of this branch, I have read of similar issues and it is just not good enough. Sort it out.

Not to Grate had 2 days delay fine at least deliver it on the day yous say so. Very important content unfortunately this stuff always happens to me.

Tuakau courier driver lies and said parcel for collection is not there when he cannot be bothered getting out of his van and picking it up from my deck. Neighbour heard him sitting at the gate honking his horn then drove away. Checked tracking and he had cancelled pick up. Paid $25 shipping for nothing. Will use Aramex in future.
