New Zealand Couriers

I was not there to collect my parcel I was on holiday and my mother was housesitting my apartment and instead of leaving the “you missed a delivery” card in my letterbox where it should have been left and my mother was checking because I had told her that I was expecting a package they left it on the pinboard in the lobby area. It was only by chance that my mother saw it yesterday and because I did not collect my parcel within the 5 working days that they hold it, it has been returned back to the sender. I think the couriers need to be putting the card in the letterbox and not on the pinboard where no one will see it. Lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely though, just annoyed because I was really looking forward to this package.

I missed a package and I organized for a pickup from the depo the next day Saturday and the time was from 9am to 12pm but on Google it said it was closed, I drive there anyway and arrived 11am just for them to be closed, what's the point of organizing a time and they aren't even in?

Courier 098 must be on Drugs or something, couldn't even deliver my package to the address on the box..... Such a fail, as that's what he is employed to do and nothing else.nI stopped purchasing from companies that use this Courier two years ago because of this. Nothing has changed two years onnI Do Not Recommend ANYONE to use Courier, they are the Worst Courier in New Zealand

Great to know that NZ Couriers look after your delivery. I picked it up from base via track and trace and live updates made it way easier to track and Collect without arriving home to find the card in the door. Thank you and keep up the good work.

worst courier company ever saw in NZ. local courier took more than 7 days now , but still didn’t receive the parcel, when using the tracking number it shows already delivered. but when i called the customer care center they told it’s handed over to the driver… honest opinion never use it .
