Worst delivery service provider....never delivers on time and parts from South Island and out of Auckland takes days with excuses that the consignment is being tracked and delivered to wrong receiving depot etc....support staff never helpful. Also Grey Lynn or City run allocated delivery contractor has no urgency for delivery....cants understand how NZ Couriers being selected and receiving the best courier awards.....never recommend to anyone.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by NZ Couriers. I paid for same-day delivery for a perishable item, expecting it to arrive promptly and in good condition. Instead, the parcel was delivered TWO DAYS LATE, completely defeating the purpose of both the urgency and the nature of the contents.nnI respectfully raised the issue with the NZ Couriers delivery person upon arrival, but he became belligerent and dismissive, simply shrugging it off and saying “Go to the sender” — despite it being very clear that the failure was on NZ Couriers’ part, not the sender's. Interestingly , the sender said its an ongoing issue when sending parcels to Auckland. Sending to other parts of the country meets delivery and time expectations.nnThere was no meaningful tracking update, no apology, and absolutely no accountability.nnThis level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying a premium for reliable, time-sensitive delivery. I expected far better from a national courier service.nnWould not recommend NZ Couriers for anything remotely urgent or valuable.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is easily the worst courier company in the country. Their delivery times are terrible, and their customer service is somehow even worse.

Truly dreadful. I have an urban postcode, but NZ couriers deem it Rural so they can charge more money - no-one else does, not even NZ Post. I ordered a parcel that had to be delivered overnight as it had perishables. NZ couriers ignored it and left it to go off for 4 days in a depot 15 minutes from my 'Rural' address. Then they claim I cannot claim damages off them cos they don't have a policy for it. Unreliable - don't trust them. Even when correctly labelled they still can't get it right.

This is the worst couriers company in the whole word , never use it you will get problems and it won’t be solved look att the reviews it’s only 2 stars be careful with your package folks
