New Zealand Couriers

Signature required delivery - rang the bell, left the card and took off as quickly as possible before I made it to the door. Called Customer Services who rang the driver but he didn't answer, so they said it would be redelivered the next day. Stayed in all day but wasn't delivered. Terrible service. I won't be using this company.

THE WORST DELIVERY COURIER.nI had a terrible experience with this courier company.nThey didn't even ring the doorbell or attempt to deliver the parcel to my apartment. Instead, they simply stuffed it into the mailbox, even though it was a parcel, not regular mail.nWhen I raised concerns about the risk of the parcel being lost or stolen, they shifted the responsibility to the building manager and told me that their drivers sometimes just leave parcels in mailboxes.nA courier service should deliver parcels properly, not leave them unsecured without even attempting to contact the recipient. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.nIn my experience, this company is even worse than NZ Post.

Plenty of parking. At collection desk, 2 ladies ignored me. Then I saw the bell and rang it, still ignored for another minute or so. One looked at the other, both said nothing, then one spoke. I indicated im hearing impaired then she came to the counter. Told her my name and she looked at packages and said no not here. Showed her the text I got re pick up. I said when the person phoned me i told them i will be in later to pick it up, one would think it would be in collection desk area before i got there, but no.nThen she went back to her desk looked up on computer. Then after a couple of minutes said take a seat. Then a few more minutes and someone turned up with my 2 packages.

driver just left when I came down to pick up the parcel. made me to run more than a hundred metres and I initiated conversation but he pretty much ignored and went to nzpost driver and talked to him. what a customer service!

Appalling service. We have lost several important/time-sensitive work parcels, they are also slow; delivery speed for Same Day Courier is taking more than 2 weeks. Parcels are always delivered to the wrong address. User unfriendly re-delivery and tracking web systems too.
