New Zealand Couriers

As the other reviews say, late pickup, bad customer service over the phone, and finally, lost parcel. No one could actually help you over the phone/email, just telling you to wait. Only replied that the parcel is lost if you try to get in touch with them every single day after 1.5 weeks~ not sure if I can do claims as it will soon be out of the two-week limit :nnIf only it is possible to give 0 stars...

They said delivered on Sunday with signature and photo taken but it never delivered to my house. I found out that the delivery guy tried to steal and keep it. I had to go chase the delivery guy on next day and snatched it. He said he delivered to my house on Sunday but no one were at home so he kept it but why did you put the signature and took a picture to complete the delivery??? If I dont report or contact them, delivery guys can keep it???

Been waiting someone to pick up for my parcel more than 2 weeks , called the center for three times. Yet still no one pick up the parcel , wasting my time for waiting them to pick up and calling them to rearrange and rearrange again. I totally give up and would not use this company again !

-1 star because of a mishap with my post but. Shout out to Toni who helped me on the phone to track a parcel that had been delivered but was awol at another address. Got an email each day with updates on the situation and it was resolved. Thank you so much :

The worst of the courier companies… they always try to deliver at 6:45am, don’t ring the doorbell/knock and just leave card to call and then you either have to perilously wait for them to try to redeliver before 7am on a future date or drive miles to their depot… but don’t think about just turning up to the depot and hoping to collect! I always groan if a company chooses them for my delivery
