Amazing service, Morgen was super friendly. Nice rooms, great beds, hot tub was amazing, central, parking right outside the room, they seem flexible as we had a room request that they met which is awesome. All in all, nothing bad to say, only good things 6/5 !

Great place, lovely rooms, friendly staff. The weather was cold and wet the weekend we were there so the thermal heating and spa pool off the room were very much appreciated. Would recommend and would stay again!Rooms: 4/5

Capri on Fenton was an excellent place to stay. My partner and I spent 3 nights at the motel and enjoyed every aspect of the experience. Great room service, friendly staff, excellent clean and tidy rooms, great amenities and facilities. Capri is also in a fantastic location, close to central Rotorua.Rooms: 5/5

Stayed a night with my family and the accommodation was spacious and cosy. Morgen went out of the way to cater to our booking request and help source for a last minute booking for a Maori Village attraction. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!!

I highly recommend this motel to any & all! The rooms are cosy, modern and have mirror tinted windows for privacy. The staff were super friendly, very happy people! Stayed here after a the Taupo round the lake cycling event and was so ideal to have as many spa baths as possible to ease the aching muscles. So perfect for anyone after a big enduro activity. Beds were nice and comfy, couldn't ask for more.Service: 5/5

I assume the rooms have just been completely renovated so they're clean and everything is new. But the lighting is like stadium flood lighting. They need some lamps to make it more relaxing. The spa was nice, thanks. I didn't trust the reflective ranch sliders - was wishing there were net curtains for the day, for privacy .. The management were brilliant. Thanks

Our room was lovely and clean with all the amenities. The owner was also very welcoming and attentive. Staff went above and beyond servicing the rooms, even washing dishes, and of course the spa bath is a great feature. Highly recommend.

Best place to stay in Rotorua. I have stayed here twice in different rooms with everything you need in them. Clean and tidy, fast & reliable internet and comfy bedding. The spa bath is huge and definitely a bonus to have in your room. Morgen and staff are amazing and make the stay that extra special. Highly recommend staying here A++++++++
