Convenient accommodation at the top end of Rotorua. There is ample parking on site and a bit more on the roadside. The units themselves were very spacious and warm. There was everything we needed. As we visited during winter, there were electric blankets on the beds. The shower water temperature was spot on although the pressure was a little lacking. We had an issue with the toaster, which was resolved same day by the manager. All-in-all, we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Thank you so much Anthony for hosting us at your fabulous place. It is the cleanest hotel/motels we've ever been. The communication was excellent and thank you for keeping the room nice and warm for our late "check-in" and also the rollaway bed :. My family loved every bit of it during we stay. It feels like home, will definitely come back again.

Nice looking rooms but spa tub jets were very noisy so you weren't aloud to use it after 10pm which sucked and every time someone from upstairs used the water, the pipes would grind and creak incredibly loudly down the rooms wall. Overall I was expecting it to be nice because it looked nice at first but was pretty disappointed by the end of our stay unfortunately.

Perfect place to stay for a family. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had 2x single beds in the room and 1 double in the lounge. The room was clean and tidy. We booked this place as they had a private spa, which we enjoyed in a rainy day. Excellent service and centrally located

The people here were very kind, and make good efforts in a cute space, but the room itself really needs an update, and maybe a deeper clean? The fixtures for example sink faucet we’re old and rusty- not a comforting, or peaceful vibe. My husband wanted to use the jacuzzi, but lots of hair and dust started flying everywhere- ew. Also, AC didn’t work- had a fan in the room which was ok, but not ideal. There was also markings on the wall, just not high end vibes. These things are fixable, and there are great bones but needs some love and care.

We were disappointed with our stay. When we arrived the room seemed dark and depressing. We asked if we could be refunded for the second night and was told that it was too late to cancel. I looked online and it said that I was able to be refunded for the second night, however the staff told me that I wouldn’t get a refund since I requested it too late. We were in a downstairs room and we could hear everything that the people were doing upstairs including the use of water running and food steps. There was also mould on the curtains. Didn’t enjoy it and disappointed that we weren’t provided a refund for the second night despite multiple attempts.

I booked two rooms for two people, they gave us a double bed with one room. They changed our room to a one room with a double bed and a fold out couch for the second person. NOT comfy at all for the price we paid!!I could feel the springs and the middle section had fallen thru. It was a work booking prebooked, because we came from out of town.They asked for credit card details on arrival which I didnt have...I had to contact Management etc on a Sunday afternoon before we could move into room.."No consideration". they knew prior we had prebooked they couldve let our Admin know when room was prebooked that we needed card details etc.Everywhere had been booked out otherwise I would have moved on...

Comfortable beds with a thermal hot tub ensuite. Be aware that you will have to shut the curtains for privacy.

Loved staying here, the staff are very friendly. The room was super clean and the service done for room 16 was really good The spa bath was nice and you are quite close to everything in town ans activities. The night staff were helpful when some other guests were being loud and crazy too. Definitely recommend and would return.Rooms: 5/5

Silver Fern staff went above and beyond with accommodating our needs, allowing us early check in and a late check out and the facilities are beautiful. Great layout of the rooms, beautifully cleaned with friendly cleaning staff who are eager to help with everything you need for your stay and the rooms are beautifully decorated inside. I will definitely recommend staying here to friends and family
