Very disappointed cold apartment cold spa : , arrived yesterday very excited for our anniversary weekend away… booked with you guys as you paid extra for the spa in the room. But got there to a cold apartment with no ability to warm the house quickly. Then to add to that the spa was luke warm on the cold side …. We waited a few hours for it to warm up as advised … but still at 8:30pm cold . My partner went to reception and told the lady the water wasn’t warm and she just told him it will warm up, which it didn’t and was still cold in the morning… feeling very dissatisfied with our trip tbh which is a pity as the venue was lovely and had so much potential. Sad

Lovely staff, super helpful with local eating places, clean an tidy. Spa pool in private room off of bedroom was fantastic, parking is a little tight but staff were awesome with using other spots available. No seating outside room but option to use front of motel benchs. Very quiet road, neighbouring rooms were a little loud which carries through spa pool room, swimming pool area was lovely and pool was heated too. Will definitely stay again.

Staff are awesome! I accidentally dropped my phone in thr gap beside the pool spa & the staff went beyond my expectations to retrieve my phone! Truly awesome!Rooms: 5/5

Thank you guys for a brilliant stay. My son and I booked here just for the night and it was perfect. Everything was so clean in our room, the beds were lovely and comfy. The staff were so lovely and welcoming too. I picked your place for the reviews and I honestly am so glad I did. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
