Jet Park Hotel Rotorua

Just recently stayed with my little family, we have toddlers and a baby. The staff were warm welcoming from our arrival right to the end! My daughter3 had a few incidents and they were super understanding about it! They changed her bedding while we were out and bought in fresh towels also. Also staff doing breakfast had cleaned up her vomit I’m so sorry she had 3 cups of pineapple juice. The room we were in was super tidy and comfortable! Honestly, overall I loved the service and the stay!!! I loved how the hotel accommodates to children and even if they were a bit annoyed with my children, they definitely didn’t show it they continued to be friendly towards us. I’ll definitely be going back next time we’re in Rotorua.

Was a very pleasant stay overall, staff were very friendly and the room was well kept, very clean and welcoming. The entry to the pool and spa however was through the entrance of the kitchen which was a bit uncomfortable for my kids however the stay was very good. Do recommend to others.

We were visiting family staying at the hotel. The reception is friendly, helpful and polite. The room was clean. Maybe clean the escalator door and walls other than that was acceptable throughout. Parking handy as well. Plenty of spacesRooms: 5/5

No enough parking of your car. When we arrived at designated check in @2pm, we were advised to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes to prepare the room. My room lacks bathrobe and hand creams.. Needs more improvements. Room service and look for more secured car park.

Our booking got cancelled without a clear reason, in December, before our Christmas trip. We booked 5 months ahead via Expedia, received an email that the credit card we used was no longer valid, need to provide a new one within 24 hours. We called on the same day, updated credit card details, and they told us that the booking was all good. And then we got a second email after 2 weeks, saying they cannot honor our booking. The reception said our booking got cancelled because they’re renovations. Which hotel does renovations over Christmas?? Also if that’s the case why don’t tell us at the first time? Very disappointed, will never book with any Jet park hotels again.

First night had a standard room 003 which was fantastic and well priced! 2nd night had to book a "superior room" 025 at a higher cost, which was actually very subpar; if we had stayed in 025 on the first night we wouldn't have rebooked; staff at reception where both fantastic! And the continental breakfast was adequate. Need to change your definition of superior.

Other than a bit of a foul smell in my room, the stay here was very pleasant. Mostly in part to the extremely friendly staff and the convenient location, just right across a Countdown grocery.Rooms: 4/5

The ladies at the hotel absolutely amazing. My car was broken in to and almost stolen bear keeping in mind. The woman manager thank you. She was amazing even dealing with the most difficult stayerRooms: 5/5

Wifi Speed 26 mbps Nice jacuzzi and pool, good and tidy rooms. Nothing luxurious, but a decent standard. We liked it.Rooms: 5/5

I’m very fussy and picky about which hotel to pick but I booked in jet park hotel I’m very impressed and amazed by the look of cleanliness in and out of the hotel very satisfied looking forward to book again and 100% recommend it to my family and friends the welcoming and greets you never know until you visit
