Stayed 1 night on a spur-of-the-moment staycation. Room was lovely & like others have said - very spacious. We had a fully enclosed bathroom - so no privacy issues. We loved the convenience of valet parking so made full use of this service & of course the breakfast which provided lots of options. Central location perfect for us... able to get quickly on to highways & once car is parked, you'll able to walk most places. Crystal and her team done in the bar/restaurant were superb - helpful & friendly. Will stay again. Highly recommend.
Amazing hotel with one of the best staffs. Impeccable customer service. Rooms are very tidy and well maintained. Good food although I will always like to see more choices especially for vegetarian food. Breakfast buffet is good. The omelette was so good. Worth every dollar we spent for our 3 nights stay.Rooms: 5/5
I love this place, have stayed about 4 times, but the service slips more and more every time. Takes ages to bring the car round even when you call ahead. Takes ages to answer the phone if at all. Night menu has become limited and basic stuff like ice cream has been removed. In saying that, the rooms are always nice and clean and they have a great restaurant and bar. It's also in the middle of town so walking distance to the nightlife and eat street. Nearby activities: 5 mins walk to government gardens and the lake. Walkability: 10 to 20 mins walk to most activities in town depending how fast you walk. 20 minute walk to both malls. Food & drinks: Large variety of restaurants and bars including Eat Street.
Amazing Hotel and hospitality! The staff at Pullman Rotorua were friendly and professional; the location is central and convenient; the food is so delicious and at a very reasonable price. We three stayed one night in a twin room with a beautiful lake view, the room is very tidy and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet are separate in a large space. Would definitely choose Pullman Rotorua every time I travel.
We have stayed here a few times when we are kids free and every time it is awesome. From check in/out to daily breakfast, cocktails and dinner, the service is amazing. Central location easy work to the lake front, Eat street, shops etc. The exec suite is very spacious, awesome lake view. Only small let down was our dinner, some of the meal sides did not come out BUT the chef came out and apologised and gave us a free dessert! We didn't complain about the sides - we went going to say anything but they sorted it with. Always clean and immaculate. Only stay here in Rotorua
Highly-recommend. Centrally located modern hotel that feels inviting and pristine the moment you walk through the doors. Staff were extremely welcoming, personable and helpful and the standard king room was spacious and well laid out. They have a great restaurant onsite with really nice decor and are round the corner to most main eateries and cafes. No pool, but excellent Gym and Day Spa onsite which are awesome. Had an enjoyable meal out at The Fainting Goat on the corner up the road. Both provided excellent hospitality and were great representatives for Rotorua. Would stay again!
Stunning rooms. Very spacious and clean. The shower is amazing and huge. The bathroom mirror has a touch button to turn on and off the light which is a cool feature. Very hard to find parking unless you pay for secure parking. Location is great close to everything.Rooms: 5/5
Amazing rooms. Just so different yet cosy. Clean, large with good views. Breakfast is great. Parking is the only thing that let's it down. $50 a night and it's not secure as the back gate is left open all day and night. Just park on the street. Security walks around.Rooms: 5/5
This was our second visit to the Pullman. It's a lovely hotel, staff very friendly & helpful BUT was very frustrating trying to sort out bed for our toddler. We'd requested a bed when we booked, we phoned to confirm and told there was a charge of $120!!! Then told when we got there they didn't have one anyway, went round and round in circles with different member's of staff, finally at 7pm when our child was so tired we managed to get a sheet and put it on the sofa. A stressful start to the holiday which was totally avoidable with a bit of communication from staff. Breakfast didn't disappoint. Room was nice, bathroom for person in wheelchair so not much storage space or places to hang towels. Badly designed wouldn't want this room again, corner room
