Staff members are friendly and very helpful and accommodating especially the front desk. Breakfast were plenty and complimentary. The location is very good, in the middle of the town, and with free car park. If you were light sleeper you might want to avoid room 127 as it's right next to the restaurant exhaust fan, or if you stayed in the rooms on the street side you might want to bring some ear plugs. The new management surely work really hard to improve the place despite only get their hand on it for 2 weeks 16/11/2018.

Absolutely shocking!! The guy at reception had no idea what he was doing. Told him my name for reservation, even produced ID. He kept telling giving me signed papers asking if it was me. After 40 mins he finally gets a key for our room. On booking I stated 1 adult 4 kids. The entrance was shared with an operating nightclub. The room had no light "you can use your phone light. That should be fine". The room had 2 single beds and a double. NOT ENOUGH BEDS PER PEOPLE. Telling me my boys.. who are tall "can top and tail on a single bed on top bunk" Your website is an absolute have. The room booked online is nothing to what I paid for and I walked out in absolute disgust that you found it acceptable that I had booked for 7 nights to be accommodated like that?! What a joke!!!

Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Large smart tv and air con and heater in room. Bathroom small but had all we needed Breakfast included in price. Motel very close to city centre

Stayed there twice now - both times very very clean tidy and quiet. Delightful staff very helpful and friendly. Was a pleasant surprise to be upgraded as I had my Mother with me and delighted with free yummy breakfast. We certainly be back and a regular! Really central - easy walk to our events that we were attending - bonus

Pretty decent for the price. Loved the location, being in the heart of the CBD and within walking distance of most things. Rooms are fairly modern and tidy, and we didn't realise until after check-in that a complimentary basic Continental breakfast was offered. We did find the first room to be noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep - there was an air conditioner unit humming right outside, and a problem with the toilet which sounded like the cistern was filling all night. We requested a new room the following night, which management happily obliged to.

Cheap and simple in the middle of town. Doors had evidence of someone trying to break in or out. Smell of dampness or mould around the place. Beds weren't made and hardly any milk provided. Continental breakfast was good and super convienant location. Over all pretty good given how cheap it was.

I telephoned to specifically book a room which would separately sleep 3 people and received a confirmation email that our room had a queen bed and 2 singles. On arrival we were given a room with a queen bed and 1 single and were told that there were no other rooms available. A staff member had shuffled people around in rooms and had not made any note as to why she had changed our booking. We were not offered anything at all to make up for this. My two grown sons had to share a bed. The shower leaked water all over the floor. The breakfast was very disappointing, and the whole hotel needs attention maintenance wise. The location is central which does have its benefits, however was quite noisy around club closing time.

Was told they were booked out and we had to have there most expensive room and on our arrival there were many rooms and there was one other famy there Room was shabby air con was really bad leaked onto the main bed. Outside was approached if we wanted any drugs. On the other hand they were very welcoming

Great rooms very nice having breakfast and dinner delivered to my room and evry 2nd day room service plus free milk coffee and cups tea.
