BK's Rotorua Motor Lodge

Great place to stay for a 2 night trip. Loved the comfy recliner chairs and the bed was comfy. Had all the things you need for two people. Awesome to have a spa bath and even to get fresh towels and a quick tidy up of the room while we were out. Everything is very clean and tidy, the room itself and the carpet are from the 90's so don't expect it to be 5 star but is very comfortable and certainly worth the price we paid. We would give it a solid 4 star rating. Will certainly be back again.

Comfortable and well equipped room. Particularly pleasantly surprised by the provision of a couple of recliner armchairs. Decor a bit tired. No air-conditioning but a ceiling fan. A good location. I was able to walk to the lakeside, and also to Te Puia. Friendly host. Good value for money.Rooms: 4/5

Reception and the staff were very nice and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights so thanks again for cleaning our rooms during our stay and helping us with that massive pile of laundry :. Also I would recommend this place as location is nice and central, close to mall and a Countdown

Lovely room,very friendly and helpful receptionist,due to the cyclone we couldn't go to our next motel,the receptionist, handled everything for us,exceptional service.

Clean, tidy, & spacious room. We liked the lazy boy chairs, spa bath, tv and channel variety. The location is very central with shopping center across the street. Good value as was cheaper than some 3 star properties that we have stayed at. Good customer service. My only suggestion is that the property needs a key drop box, as were departing early.

Couldn't ask for more with a last minute room search. Excellent service after hours for a late check inRooms: 4/5

The team @ BK Motor Lodge Rotorua are amazing. Always welcoming. Always happy. Always makes life easy. Room is always clean, tidy and of a high standard. Have stayed here regularly over the past few years and it's always 5 star.

The lazy boys were freshly added to the room so we were the first to try them out. Super comfortable, soooo relaxing. I want to purchase the lounge suite myself. I even fell asleep on one before heading to bed. On arrival, receptionist was soooo bubbly and full of smiles and beautiful energy. Would no doubt be back again.

We had overall okay experience apart from the room we got was not well ventilated and the provided fan was not enough in the hot months like January. When we started ironing our clothes, iron was damaged with lots of burns on it and iron stand was fully broken, so we had to put on clothes without ironing. Apart from this it was all good. We won't recommend anyone in summer season.

I love this lodge. My first ever lodge that has a spa! Superior king size bed as well. Lady at the reception was also super nice and courteous, informed me they are slowly installing spas and sup. King size beds in every room. The sinks and taps are super clean, not even a drop of water stain. The stove top is also very clean and stainless. Very convenient place to stay to go shopping as the shopping centre is just opposite. Will definitely come to stay again.
