Ive had my Subaru serviced here for a few years now and I’ve had nothing but full honesty from the owner Chris. Not once have I been asked to pay more for an unnecessary part, or charged excessively for an overservice. Servicing is thorough, detailed and priced very competitively. Will be bringing my car back here for as long as United Auto stands, bravo to this team.
Great sales service sadly let down by abysmal after sales service. Our car turned out to be a lemon with sensor issues and a bad oil leak. Chris fancies himself as a mechanic but couldn't fix the issue. In the end he put it into his mate at VW who apparently fixed the issue but there was still oil leaking at an alarming rate. Lost countless hours dropping the car off at three different places for repair, gave up in the end and sold the car at a $4k loss. Buyer beware, this company will do what they can to avoid warranty repairs.

UNITED AUTOS, MYAREE & BOSCH I was highly Recommended to Chris Duckworth, at United Autos, in relation to an Automatic Transmission on my Audi A3, a DSG Transmission. Chris quoted me an Estimated figure upfront, however after spending several hours on my Car He Highly Recommended me to Cameron at Auto Transmissions are US, as Cameron was Better equipped to Handle the Issue. When I picked up the Car, Chris advised that he had spent at least 2 hours checking the Car and He did not Charge me for the time that he spent on the Car, as well as Dropping me at Garden City & picking me up Chris I really Appreciate your Professional advice and Guidance and would Highly recommend you To all my friends, especially those with Imported Performance cars. What a guy ! Two years after selling me my lovely BMW, I took the car to the premises to ask Chris's recommendation for a good repair shop. I discovered that United Auto is now operating also as a service centre. Chris took time out from his busy schedule to test drive my car and analyse a noise that was bothering me. Chris assured me my car simply needed the tyres rotating and does not need costly repairs ! United Auto will be our first stop when we buy our next car.
I've never bought from a dealership because of certain stereotypes but recently purchased from United Auto. Overall I was impressed with the service I received. The staff are friendly and down to earth. There was no pressure to buy. I am also happy with the price of the vehicle. Definitely worth a look.
Recently I just bought a 3 series at united auto, outside look is very flawless although its 2006 and the best thing that I like is the engine - its still in prime condition and it doesn't have any leak. I can see that, Chris the owner is always taking a good care on all of his car. A couple of days ago, my rear left window out of nowhere was stuck can't bring it down or up. So I decided to call him to explain what's going on, and he responded very quick; telling me to come over to get fixed without asking me what did I do to the car. What an excellent service from him I will highly recommend this place if my mates looking for a European car.
Excellent and personable car dealership. We bought a 2015 Volvo XC60 in May 2019 and could not be happier with both the car, and the service we received from both from the owner Chris and his offsider Nick. First time in a while buying a second hand car so it was reassuring dealing with them as they do not sell vehicles that have been auctioned or repossessed. The cars they sell are trade ins from reputable dealerships and the vehicles have been regularly serviced. Not hard to figure out why they have been in business for for long and we hope they are still there when it is time for us to buy the next one.
United Auto installed a Revo Stage 1 ECU & TCU tune, and a resonator delete for my Audi S3. They were incredibly helpful in deciding the best combination of modifications in order to improve the performance and sound of my vehicle whilst keeping a refined and superlative driving experience. United Auto also provided a great price and I would definitely recommend their services!
