Car started making an awful scraping noise on the way to work. We swung by Prestige Honda to get it checked. We didn't call ahead, but they were able to get it onto the hoist to take a look straight away. They fixed the problem in 10 minutes flat and we were on our way. Thanks!

I have had excellent service over 300,000km now, and 15 years, with Gavin and his Merry Men, Renee, Dan, Michelle and the others. A great car (Honda Civic Hatch 2001) - still running perfectly and has not had any major issues. It is always a pleasure dealing with such a friendly, caring knowledgeable, professional bunch.

took my honda civic in today to have a failed air con tested, fast efficient service, found the problem, quoted on it and had it fixed all within 1 1/2 hours.  Efficient and effective.  Service manager was excellent to deal with - explained things well, polite and helpful - highly recommend.

Great store Bieber, however,  if you're chasing parts then be aware that the parts department closes at 12:30 on Saturday and not 1pm like the showroom and Google trading hours. Don't get caught out like I did.
