Received great customer service by Dan yesterday when I brought my Civic in for a 100,000 km service. Good communication and very courteous. Also took an HR-V for a test drive with Christian, good service all round and this will be our one stop shop for all things Honda
Had my car back seat latches replaced and repaired a few months ago. The total cost of the two services diagnosis and repair was not cheap, and I was not even contacted to be informed of when the parts arrived.nnAt the time of diagnosis I also requested my boot latch was looked at as it had stopped working. The mechanics insisted it was fine and just occasionally needs wd40, yet I’ve been unable to consistently open my boot properly for months and not at all now.nnSeems like lazy work ethic or taking the easy way with some of the more minor car issues. Regardless, not impressed. I need access to my boot for work and sport and have been unable to do so.nnUnfortunately, given most parts have to ordered in direct from Honda, there aren’t many other options for repairs, and it seems like I’ll be wasting both my time and money getting this boot latch actually fixed soon.nnAlso would like to acknowledge that there are never enough car bays to drop cars off at the scheduled time of services. On both occasions I’ve been here I have been late to work due to spending additional time waiting for instruction on where to park my car.
Sold me a car that made an unbearable noise the moment I drove off. Brought it in 3 times to look and fix the sound but it always came back. Then they want me to pay more to open up the car and have a look at it. My old beater made more noise than this car. Waste of time and money I had to drive 45 minutes, cancelling work just to wait up to 4 hours for nothing to be done. Don’t do your business here.
Had the most amazing experience all thanks to Jaden, made buying my first car so easy and exciting for me.nThanks jaden for all the extra effort and am loving the car !
