Service is the best... I had my Ranger XLT in just this week.!! And it came back a 10/10 I had my Mach 1 serviced a few months back and was honestly very impressed... Always helpful, knowledgeable and sincere. Thanks to Kristian and Daniel in the service department...
Went in with my Mum to look at a new car, was met by Steve and he really looked after us. Mum isn’t usually too comfortable at car dealerships but Steve went the extra effort to make us feel comfortable and not like we were being stressed into doing anything. Steve is an absolute legend and so are the rest of the Ford team we interacted with. Awesome dealership to interact with and will be back soon for servicing
Absolutely appalling rip off merchants. Sold me a car in 2020. Don’t get me wrong I’m happy with the car, however the advertised this second hand car as the wrong model. I am now looking at trading it in with another, better, dealership and have been advised that it isn’t in fact the model I was apparently sold, but the base model. I have tried to address these concerns with Titan Ford who completely dismiss my complaint, or try to blame everyone else but themselves for false advertising. I have now lost money on the car because of this, paid more in insurance and probably rego and fuel. Don’t go here. Don’t trade your car in here, and don’t buy here.
Dropped my car off to the team at titan ford, Ryan was very organised and courteous. Service was completed , went to pick the car up it had been vacuumed. Price was good, drop off facilities were great if your early and Ryan was very professional.
I bought my Fiesta from Titan 11 years ago and have it serviced there every time. There are no hidden costs and I’ve never had any issues. Would recommend them.
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Titan Ford. From the moment I walk in the staff are so helpful in ensuring my needs are met. Daniel went over and beyond in his role. I couldn’t be happier with my car and the after care I have received from the team at Titan Ford. Thank you.
Attempted several times to book my car in for service. I appreciate there is a booking app, but I had a follow up question. Unfortunately Titan Ford does not respond to two emails, and did not return two calls/voicemails. Took my business elsewhere.
We recently purchased a ex demo off of Rob. He was so warm and friendly from the get go. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept in contact and gave me updates and even went above and beyond to get me the colour I wanted. Thankyou Rob - very happy with our purchase!!
