Our business recently purchased a new Ford Transit for our fleet. We dealt with Josh in sales and Vedran in finance. Both were great to deal with and were very prompt in assisting us with all of our questions. The sale process was a breeze and both guys are highly recommended. Our business will be back for servicing and future purchases with this level of service for their customers.
Been with Titan Ford since 2024 servicing my FGX Falcon and they've been brilliant every visit with no dramas, Kristian Menegola, Daniel Kencevski, Matthew Davey have been awesome to deal with on every occasion. Moved here after being with Range Ford for a number of years which unfortunately went down hill in 2024, at the time I thought I was done with Ford but the crew at Titan Ford have kept my faith in the brand to this day where I absolutley recommend Titan Ford to anyone who wants a service. Although Falcon is no longer manufactured by Ford they still have technicians who know Falcons back to front which is a bonus :

No words to explain how well we were treated and looked after by Frank from Melville Ford, highly recommended him to anyone seeking to purchase a new vehicle. Frank and all other staff members made our experience second to none. .. If you are looking to buy a new car I highly recommend you go and see these guys at Melville Ford and ask for Frank if you want the best customer service ever, you certainly won't be disappointed.... From the moment we walked in, Frank was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making sure we got exactly what we wanted, never once did he try and push the sale, and he show genuine compassion for our needs and made sure everything was prefect..... nAnd we our new Super Duty... awesome truly amazing vehicle and I am certainly impressed.... love it oh and tell them Mandy sent you...
My experience with Titan Ford was an experience I will not be repeating. Having arrived at the correct appointment time, I was made to wait in a queue for 20 mins. People who arrived after me were seen to, before me. Someone eventually came out, after I complained.nI waited the whole day to hear when my car would be ready, or if there were any issues. I called at 4:30 and there was no reply. I was driven down to the service centre to see my car waiting outside. There was a power failure and it appears no one thought to contact me using a mobile phone to let me know that my car was “ready”.nHaving had the car the whole day I was not contacted to ask if I would agree to having my brake pad replaced, I was only told that this was the case when I arrived to pick up my car.nI was also promised that I would receive an e-mailed copy of my service report on the Monday. I have just called to ask about the missing report, having given them two weeks to deliver on their promise of the email which was not sent.nI will not be going back to Titan Ford for this, or anything else!
