I was apprehensive about buying my first new car, however with Barry from Melville Subaru it was actually a really easy and fun experience. He took the extra time to explain the technical and contractual details I was unsure about and genuinely attempted to get me a good deal with some extras during a period where the market was not in the buyers favour. More like a friend then a cars salesman. I love my Forester Sports, it arrived on time and all promises kept, except the Subaru hat which Barry promises to get me for the one month service. The Melville Subaru store also had a welcoming, unpretentious and generous with complimentary coffee and biscuits.  Highly recommend.

Purchased our new ride from Anthony today, very professional service, easy trading in old vehicle even though was not worth much.  Open, honest and upfront, much appreciated. I would happily recommend to any friends or family.  Would also recommend to ask for Anthony if you go in but I'm sure all are as professional.  Warranty process straight forward art decent rate/saving.  They were also willing to work out a reasonable deal.  Thanks again, very happy customer with nice new wheels

We recently bought a new Outback with help from Hamish at Melville Subaru. We love the car, and our experience with the dealership was excellent - Hamish was very knowledgeable and helpful, not at all pushy, and the car turned up within the time window we were given unlike several stories I’ve heard from friends recently purchasing from other manufacturers!. I picked up my new Subaru Impreza the other day, I was greeted by Hamish who took care of everything and let me know the features of my new car, he answered any questions I had about the product promptly and without hesitation. He made sure the fuel tank was full and ready to go. The vehicle drives better than expected, holds to the road extremely well and the new features in car are fantastic.
