Had a stress free and enjoyable experience with both Melville (Salesman) and Laura (Finance) at Melville Toyota. Buying a new/near new car from a showroom, I always have my reservations about the hidden costs or costs you are told about at the last minute, but they never came. All costs and information was provided up front which I highly appreciated. The experience felt professional but personal - picked up my car on a Saturday morning where Melville was waiting with a big sign with my name on it and a red bow on the hood. Laura in the Finance Dept. was incredibility knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble! I would highly recommend both Melville and Laura from Melville Toyota. I love my new car :) :) :)

10/10 for Melville Toyota. I received a fantastic deal, beautiful vehicle with the best customer service from the team. In particular our sales person Mitch. He was professional in his approach, always on hand for answering questions & was never pushy in any respect. I highly recommend visiting Melville Toyota if considering buying a new car, you will not be disappointed. Please ask for Mitch, his demeanour & level of customer service is 5 star from start to finish! :)

Melville Toyota

I recently bought a vehicle from Melville Toyota.  Purchasing a vehicle is something I don't particularly enjoy, however, I dealt with Dom and Paul from Melville Toyota and both of them were brilliant.  Dom is an excellent salesman, he is very knowledgeable and friendly but NOT pushy.  Dom is friendly and patient.  Paul is also very friendly and really engaging.  Together they make a pretty good team.  I am very glad to have purchased my car with their help as it really took all the stress out of the process.

We have bought yet another car from Melville Toyota (MT) with Melville (A/Manager) delivering good old fashioned customer service and expertise. MT pride themselves on total customer focus not only in sales but also servicing a big bonus indeed in such a competitive industry. They are the stand out Toyota dealership in WA.
