Have bought 2 cars from these guys in the last 6 months. Both vehicles were ideal for what I was searching for. The had a no pressure approach and did all they could to ensure a smooth transition. My partner now has a great little runabout at about 3k cheaper than anywhere else and I have found a project car

Outstanding customer services from the entire team.They let me try the Audi for a full day which was very useful to ensure it was the right buy for me. They also fixed a minor thing for free which they did not have to do and it is definitely a sign they care about their new customers.

We concluded a very fair trade and therefore I highly recommend to everyone to use them in the future. Cheers KS & Sons

Rubbish car company. Bought an Audi RS6 from them in 2015. Told them immediately it had coolant leaks, said "no worries, fill it up again and if it happens again let us know...". Month went by, let them know "oh no, can't do anything about it, outside warranty". Had to fork out $10k on repairs. These guys are not to be trusted.

Have finally had a follow up from these guys essentially pinning the blame on a former employee Craig. No willingness to even meet me half way for an amicable outcome with what should have been a statutory warranty repair. ACCC won't get involved as it was a he said she said affair. Unfortunately I was naive and believed the lies I was being fed.

I can understand as your son said the company is in a tight spot, however this is not my problem and perhaps a reflection of the way you conduct your business to some of those less fortunate. Just because Craig messed up and blew me off, doesn't mean you are resolved of your responsibilities in making sure you run your company in an ethical manner.

I recently bought a car from this dealership and it was a very pleasant and relaxed experience. Demetri and Kabe (owner and son) was friendly, not pushy and fair. Kabe took me for a long test drive (at my request). They then allowed me to take the car to my mechanic to get it checked out. Afterwards we concluded a fair deal. The car was very well presented. Meticulously detailed. Great dealership. Cheers. Cedric
