I just purchased a new Tiguan Highline with R-line, driver assistance and sunroof packages from DVG Melville Volkswagen. We came to tested drive in December last year. The staff is very nice and patient, he introduced both comfort line and highline to us with all the aspects and differences. Also let both of my husband and me tested drive the cars. In January this year, we went back to check the stock for Tiguan highline, they just got two new cars in that morning. After talking to David, we made a great deal. All the staff stayed back late for us to finish the paper work because when we went there, it’s almost closing time. When we picked up the car, David explained to us how to drive and use the vehicle etc in detail. He is very nice and patient salesman. The whole experience is amazing and enjoyable. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

A small and overcrowded place. Very difficult to find a place to park. After wandering around the showroom for quite a while looking at the cars and trying to find someone to help us, we left and went and bought a VW somewhere else (in Victoria Park).

Patient and helpful staff. Did their best to tailor to my needs. Great product as well. Golf R is a great drive

The team at Melville Volkswagen were great! Jack looked after me when buying my Golf Comfortline and was really easy to deal with. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car from friendly and knowledgeable staff!
