Ajay is the best sales person there. If you do buy a car buy from her. She is down to earth and so friendly and accommodating, she won’t roll her eyes like other car sales people. I never have experience customer service like one from Ajay. She answer all questions and is so knowledgeable about her cars. They are very quick to sell you anything extra. I ve bought a 2023 suabaru crosstrek, which was ok but I ve traded in with 2016 toyota corolla. I have no idea about any car or mechanical issues. I was in a hurry to swap to that car as I have financial restraints, as I ve explained it to them. They sold me that 2016 Toyota corolla and told me that all their cars are 110 percent checked. My mistake was, not test driving it or look inside because I trusted them. I was told that they ve serviced it so I don't have to worry about for another year. But I took it to my mechanic after couple of weeks, and my mechanic found that there was a radiator leak in the water pump. Call them and they tested it and told me that nothing s wrong with it. After 4 months of owning the car, air bag light was on, so went to Auto sparks and checked it. They said there's a critical issue with the air bag in the driver s side, which will cost me $2000. Called them up and told them the situation, the service person was so rude and no help at all. There is no honesty and truthfulness on their part, all they want is money. This is only one of the problem i had with them, there are more. I will never go back to them again, they cant be trusted. I would give no star if I could.
My family have purchased cars from Perth City Subaru for at least 10 years. I recently found a car I was interested in and my family highly recommended City Subaru. I was greeted by Frank Majetic who showed me the car. He thoroughly explained all the car’s accessories and specifications as we test drove it. Frank also ran through all the previous service history records which was greatly appreciated. He had a thorough knowledge of the car that he was selling. Negotiating a deal and trading in my car, which is usually a very trying ordeal, was not as bad as anticipated.I found the negotiating experience very pleasant and was very satisfied with the deal I received.nI can highly recommend Frank & Perth City Subaru to any future vehicle buyers.
