Just bought a new used car, Justin Sacks was very helpful with the process, would highly recommend him. He was friendly and professional in his work, making the process for me seem less stressful. We went in with a car in mind on late Saturday morning, he was quick to source the car and let us have a look and test drive. By Saturday afternoon I had bought it. He made it a very easy, no nonsense experience. If you want a friendly easy going person to deal with, I would recommend Justin.
Philip Licastro and the John Hughes team made the process of purchasing a car comfortable and did their best to make sure I was well informed and actually got the features I was looking for. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase and the experience with them was a pleasant one. I would highly recommend their services!
Very happy purchasing experience. My salesman, Philip Licastro, is really nice to deal with, always positive communication, never over promise but also never missed a bit. I recently purchased a second-hand car from John Hughes Ford in Victoria Park. The salesperson, Felippe Risso, was fantastic and very friendly. He was also very keen to ensure that the car had a full tank of petrol before I drove away so I could enjoy the vehicle uninterrupted for many hours. I required finance for the vehicle, and the Business Manager, Phil Tran was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He got me the best deal he could, and I am very happy with the interest rate I got. The whole process was very smooth and hassle free. If I ever require it, I will definitely be looking to purchase another vehicle from the team.
It's been a pleasure dealing with the team at John Hughes Ford. Philip Licastro has provided a 6 out of 5 star experience, had gone above and beyond, and has been very helpful in the delivery process and making sure the car is in perfect condition. Also a big thanks to his manager Steve for helping out with supporting fixes to minor defects in the paint protection and bumper plastic, which can occur in transit from time to time. A quick visit to the dealership and everything was sorted then and there. As they've got the guys that can do almost any on the spot fix. Rest assured this team, and the specialists working at John Hughes will have you covered.
