Trustworthy dealership.

Recently purchased a 2010 Audi A4 that had been sourced from VIC with one prior owner.

Car is in excellent condition & runs smoothly.
The dealership also appears to have buffed out some small scratches AFTER i agreed to purchase, which helped post purchase dissonance.

Complimentary check-up, wash & detail after two months was a nice touch.

Was able to purchase a comprehensive warranty for piece of mind.

I had a great experience at Youngs which isn't something you would normally say about a dealership. I had previously shopped around at other dealerships and I can tell you that the customer service at Youngs is the best I've encountered. I wasn't hassled to make a purchase which made me feel much more comfortable. Clive was the salesperson I dealt with and I learned quickly that he is a friendly and genuine guy which made the experience much better. I love the new car and I'm happy! I haven't dealt with the service department yet but hopefully they are just as good. Thanks to Clive and the team at Youngs.

Very impressive service level from the salesman Jordan. Patient and cool under pressure from my demands. Company can be very uncompromising in price and cost. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service.

Great team who helped me purchase my Holden Spark at a great price - Clive the salesman and Matthew with finance. The transaction was quick and it helped having public transport so close so I was able to get there by bus and leave with my new car. Thanks and I would consider purchasing my next vehicle from them.

Great sales and new car delivery experience. Was at Youngs WA to look at the new Astra hatch with no plan to sign up anything as I need to shop for other cars before making a decision.  But the friendly environment and offer for my trade-in was so attractive that I can't reject.
